Do not use this wifi services for your home or business. They have junior staff for their call centre that are trained to give you useless answer's. Whe you ask for a manager they never available you are always told that she is in a meeting. My wifi didn't work 3 days, had to fight to get it sorted.
I paid a deposit for a trip that never took off. The company promised to pay back the money back to date they have not done so. I'm am frustrated that businesses like this actually exist.
I just made contact with ABSA home loan to change my debit order date because I will only be getting paid last day of the month. The answer I get is the system has been set already to debit on the initial date. Why do you have systems that work in your favour not your clients. I have been able to make changes with all other organisation except you. Its ridiculous. I am annoyed and cant believe that at this day in age, thats the answer that you give to your clients!

I bought Madison shoes online via shoe Box going on 3rd week. I have not received my shoes.. the only way you get in touch with hem is via email. No one calls you. Its as if its lala land . I'm frustrated because I have paid but the service is non existence. I will not recommend their service to anyone. This is my first ans last time. I want my money back since they have failed to deliver I have to keep following up all the time
I have paid for shoes order number 8869 im going on week 3 I have not received my shoes. This is annoying if they cannot deliver they must refund my money back.
I made a purchase online in July 2020 with my virtual card.the transaction was not successful the merchant refunded my money back to my card and provided proof. I made an enquiry with standard bank because I had not received the money back to my card. I provided all the proof. Two weeks later mater has not been resolved I have to follow up all the time with no one bothering to give me an update unless I email the bank. Today I followed up again I received an email from standard bank that they have done their investigation and they can see that the money was reversed . They need to request for the money from master card which I may receive feedback on the 29th of September. How ridiculous and upsetting is this. I am in desperate need of money in these challenging times finances are scarce now this.all I want is my money why must I be inconvenienced all because of your internal system. This is frustrating!
I bought my partner a cellphone on contract this year with MTN. About four months ago, he reported to me that he is not receiving the airtime that he is suppose to get every month as per the contract and equivalent to what we pay. I reported the matter a month later. To date I have not received feedback, I have contacted the call center, I have sent numerous Facebook messages privately to follow-up but all I get is " matter escalated and numerous reference numbers. Whilst my partner is not receiving the airtime as per the contract, MTN still debits my account without fail every month. I am appalled by the lack of interest from MTN to resolve my complaint. I am sick of their apologies I just need this matter sorted.
