My daughter ordered approximately R2000 worth of wine, the payment was accepted, but the wine has never been delivered. This was in July 2015 and we have tried every route to follow up. Initially we were told there was a backlog in deliveries, then Caitlyn (\Admin") advised that there had been a change in ownership but a refund would be made but that never happened. The website is now not working but the other associated sites are so beware ...these sites/companies are: Wine Club South Africa"

We ordered wine several months ago from Wineweb and the money was promptly taken (Order number #3600 and #3643 ). However, after many emails and phone calls, the wine has not yet been delivered. Under the National Consumer Law (whom I am emialing next), this means that Wineweb is not compliant. Even worse, taking someone's money without delivering the promised product, is not only theft, it is fraud. We have called, emailed, begged and asked nicely. As the amounts in question are well over a R1000, and 2 orders are involved, I have decided to lay a claim of theft against Wineweb and am writing this complaint out of courtesy, should they wish to actually respond.<br> <br> Kind regards,<br> Marguerite.

Wineweb has been withholding my refund since they announced that they are cancelling my order (without my consent) and will be refunding me. I was notified of my refund status on the 22nd of September and to date I have received no refund and they have started ignoring my emails.<br> <br> What this company is doing is highly unethical and the should be stripped of their liquor licence. Withholding my money is theft and charges should be filed against them.

I requested a refund on 21st September, 2 weeks later...nothing.<br> Followed up on 7th October. Was told the refunds would be processed every Friday over the next 3 week period. A month later...nothing.<br> E-mailed Wineweb on 28 October, 2 weeks later...still no reply.<br> Called them on 3 November. Lee Ann confirmed that it would be authorised and paid on Friday 6th November.<br> Again, now almost a week later...still nothing received.<br> Word of advice...do not do business with these people.

We have 3 orders from July 2015 from my family that has not been delivered and which they have promised to reimburse the money. After many calls, emails and posts on facebook we have not gotten any feedback. They have been ignoring all attempts to get our money back. Do not order from them, they have been sitting on undelivered orders for +-3 months without repaying the order amounts.

We have 3 orders from July 2015 from my family that has not been delivered and which they have promised to reimburse the money. After many calls, emails and posts on facebook we have not gotten any feedback. They have been ignoring all attempts to get our money back. Do not order from them, they have been sitting on undelivered orders for +-3 months without repaying the order amounts.

They have finally repaid my money after I have been chasing delivery for 2 months. They didn't call back, or reply to emails. They are hard to get hold of on the phone and they just make up excuses as they go. They just gave me a massive run around. I complained to my bank who said that there were other complaints against them too. So, don't buy from these guys. You are unlikely to get your product at all and they will just ply you with rubbish excuses.

They have finally repaid my money after I have been chasing delivery for 2 months. They didn't call back, or reply to emails. They are hard to get hold of on the phone and they just make up excuses as they go. They just gave me a massive run around. I complained to my bank who said that there were other complaints against them too. So, don't buy from these guys. You are unlikely to get your product at all and they will just ply you with rubbish excuses.
