Amazing service from amazing staff
I experienced such an amazing service with the Germiston branch. The receptionist is so efficient and effective, the guy that also helped with the diagnosis of my car Tumi Makhobokoane was very patient and explained everything to me in detail. They are absolutely the best. Thank you

Amazing service from amazing staff

Just want to say thank you for the high level of service you guys provided me today at ZF Services Stikland branch. This has been by far the best experience (car related) I have had. This was top quality customer service provided by all staff involved. Ruan, thank you for providing me a lift to get back home. And also answering all my questions. Also to the reception staff for friendly service as well as to the guy who worked on my gearbox and who also collected me once completed, couldn't remember the name. You guys rock!!

I got 5 star service from Yolanda Steyl at ZF services in Cape Town branch not forgetting Bridgitte Witbooi as well,thank you guys. Customer service was excellent.

Never again Zf Services
Was told car will be ready within week but had to wait over 2 months - always given some excuse or another! Then receive call to say my car is ready, i made EFT payment and arrived following day to collect car. After traveling to ZF Services, waitied for over an hour, then told that as money not reflected in their bank account I cannot take car. This is despite me sending proof of payment.

Never again Zf Services

Great service and advice
A big thanks to Nico at ZF for the great service and excellent advice he gave me on my car's gearbox. It's not every day that you leave a workshop smiling, knowing that they did not try to milk you for money, and that they gave you honest feedback and proper advice.<br> <br> I would definitely recommend them to anyone.<br> <br> Thanks again<br> James

Stellar Service from ZF
A MASSIVE thank you to Nico and the team at ZF for the brilliant work they carried out on my BMW X3's transfer case. Nico was professional, took time to show me the immaculate workshop and explained the entire process very clearly. At first I was hesitant to pay the premium vs. other workshops for the rebuilt, but post the excellent experience and quality of work
