Man oh man.. what an awesome experience it is with RTA. This is really next level service, here you are treated and feel like FAMILY. Not just a customer. Had a small issue and stopped in this workshop, without making a booking, Jason and his team took all in 5mins to diagnose my issue and have it fixed while I waited! Which I did not expect. There is no workshop like this, they are the best in SA!! As of Friday, my vehicle will never see a BMW dealership again, from here on out, RTA is where I will be for all services and repairs. Jason and team, I have no words to thank you enough and no words to describe how professional and great you guys are, from the receptionist all the way to the workshop, everyone is friendly and treats you like family. I think you ALL could see my face when I left your workshop, extremely thankful that you took the time to sort out my issue without me even booking my vehicle in. Now that is service. I had been overcharged and got subpar workmanship from the BMW MAIN dealership and going to RTA proved that Ross Tech Auto are the best in BMW and Mini. Without a doubt!, infact they are what I would refer to as the REAL Bmw workshop. The dealership could learn PLENTY of things from you guys, 5 stars. See you on my next service and ALL future repairs where needed. Thanks team!!
Just want to say thank you for the high level of service you guys provided me today at ZF Services Stikland branch. This has been by far the best experience (car related) I have had. This was top quality customer service provided by all staff involved. Ruan, thank you for providing me a lift to get back home. And also answering all my questions. Also to the reception staff for friendly service as well as to the guy who worked on my gearbox and who also collected me once completed, couldn't remember the name. You guys rock!!
Just want to say thank you to Kgomotso Moloto. I hope you guys know what an absolute gem you have working for you. Superb Service!!! I have never felt so valued to be a client of OUTsurance. Kgomotso Moloto is the reason I will continue to stay with Outsurance, I truly hope she is being awarded for her customer s****s, never before have I experienced such friendliness and WILLING to assist wether it be a small or large query. Made my experience with Outsurance an absolute breeze. Thank you!!
<p>I just want to say you guys have the utmost best employee ever! I cannot put in enough words to describe the worldclass care, service, friendliness (the list goes on) offered by one of your employees! I called today for hospital authorisation and had my call answered by a JP Adams from PE. He made me feel like the only customer and made me feel really at ease after already feeling down due to my injury which requires surgery. I just cannot get over what I had experienced today. </p> <p>You really have no idea that you have such a friendly employee. NEVER in my life have I ever been treated with the utmost care, he really values your clients this guy deserves a raise! I don't think any service industry or employee in any industry will EVER be able to top what I had experienced today. You trully go the extra mile. <p>Shocking service at your canal walk branch today! I wanted to enquire about purchasing wireless headsets and was greeted by a rude consultant!!</p> <p>I asked the consultant for assistance and he got upset with me and put the phone down with an attitude as if I was bothering him. And it was not like he was even on a call yet or anything.</p> <p>I asked him if these wireless headsets have a mic and he replies no they don't but very rudely. Upon reading the box more i noticed it did indeed have a built in mic.</p> <p>I had to ask him more than once for assistance before he looked my way and was given a very ugly attitude to my and my girlfriend. We immediately left and purchased these headsets at another store who knew the DEFINITION of customer service!</p> <p>Never again will I set food in your stores! This happened today 30/10/2016 at about 3PM. There was a guy sitting right next to where these headsets were. I have NEVER been treated this way from any company. I will make sure this experience reaches everyone I know!</p>

I have been a patient subscriber with you as a company, but I have reached a level of anger now! I called MTN 808 to put notice to terminate my mtn contract in November 2015. After about 5 different phone calls each consultant telling me a different date as to when I can put in notice to terminate. I managed to get the right date and with this I have put in my 30 day notice. Today (February 2015) I get invoiced again for this number. I am pissed off with MTN! why is it a struggle to cancel my service AFTER my 24th month period?? I was told my last invoice will be for January 2016. I want this cancelled immediately as you are now in breach of contract. I have provided 30 day notice to terminate. I expect a refund from MTN for this EXTRA month billed or I will be taking legal action against you. I have followed everything by your rules and now I'm pissed off! I cant wait to cancel my other contract with you! every time I get told a different story and I am now fed up! I will be waiting to hear from you or you will be hearing from my attorney. Money is not the issue, its the principle of the matter!
