I canceled my insurance with Iwyze and they sent me a confirmation letter to confirm that my policy has been canceled and I even received a refund from the cancelation...now all of a sudden i get a deduction of an older policy which I had also called to make the cancelation in November 2021...now 10 months later I am getting a deduction of that policy, and smes saying I benefited from that policy, what exactly did I benefit from that policy as I have NEVER used any services from it? And I reversed the premium because you still deducted evwn after anceled this policy. Why are you taking my money for something that has not ever benefited me?, even your service is so poor, your consultants don't know how to answer questions of why a policy of more than 10 months ago is deducting now in 2022. Please stop this scamming I am already with a new insurance which I am benefitting greatly from, stop making deductions in my account. This is fraud. What gives IWYZE the right to just come and deduct monies in our accounts with no communication??? they just deduct claiming that I owe them even after I have canceled the policies with them!!!! I don't owe you anything!!!
Great service from this insurance company, they call to update you about everything that is happening with your car while still insurance is still investigating, they also paid out within less than a month after my accident, the service and communication is just great. We Buy cars is a total scam. I bought a car from We Buy Cars (JHB South) on the 09th of June 2021 which is 12 days ago. I checked the Dekra report and even asked for a copy because I asked the salesman Benny, what would happen if i picked up more damages to the car once i go get it checked. Benny advised that i go service the car and that since i bought the car under Category A, the car would be under warranty and i would be able to bring it back, for repairs and or a refund according to CPA, if i found it with more faults than those reported by Dekra. I told Benny home for me is here in Johannesburg but i actually live in North West and would not leave with the car unless i am 100 percent certain that it is safe to drive. today 21/06/2021 i took the car to BMW for a Diagnosis test or rather to enquire how much would the costs be to repair a gearbox oil leak, which is what the Dekra report had reported on damages...Please note that this is the only problem that was disclosed on the report besides tyres being worn, ok then BMW in Boksburg then referred me to ZF services who specialize in these repairs. When i arrived a full report was conducted where it was found that the 1. The air duct pipe is broken and hanging loose and thus the heater in the car is not working, also disrupting air pressure to thw engine. 2. Oil Leak is actually in the Engine. 3. The heat exchanger (Gearbox Oil Cooler) failed caused by an oil and water mix inside the transmission and there was a milky like fluid, looks like Amarula ( I have with me the sample of thi fluid) This damage would result in the Vehicle having surge when driving and limited power eventually the transmission will fail ( No Drive) We buy cars has not only put my life in danger but also taken advantage of me as a woman. Gender based violence comes in many forms and at this point i feel so violated, robbed and scammed. We Buy cars has worked alongside Dekra to lie in their reports and give false impression to customers. all faults in a car should be disclosed, we cannot be met with surprises after spending our last pennies. I would really appreciate a solution to this problem or i am taking the matter up with the Ombudsman. D610604381620 (parcel number) As a hustling young lady i order items from a former colleague of mine who is based in Mpumalanga Hazeyview and I resell them here in Johannesburg and she uses Pep Paxi to courier the items to my nearest pep which is Daveyton Mayfield square. So we have used this courier numerous times until the 13 October 2020 when i received a parcel which was clearly opened from original state and had been re taped with a brown tape, and please note that Pep Paxi does not accept a parcel taped with any kind of tape meaning the sender could not have taped the parcel which she also confirms. The consultants at Pep cell Mayfield square were with me when they gave me this parcel taped with a brown tape which was alarming to all of us and i asked how they accepted this parcel because it has a brown tape. because i also needed to send out the items to my customers i then opened the parcel in the shop only to finds 3 of my items missing in the parcel and it all made sense why my parcel was taped with a brown tape. I then asked the consultant to help me call paxi to report the stolen goods and we did. They asked me to send an email and the pictures of the parcel with the brown tape i do so immediately without fail, the lady on the other end of the call told me they would send an email and investigate on the matter. The matter was said to be escalated to Management and no response has been received from pep paxi team. I called again and i was asked to resend the email with the pictures again as though i never sent the first one. No reference number is given, no response from from then as to how far they are with the investigation or refund because they also asked Goodness, the sender of the parcel to send another email with the invoice indicating the value of the stolen goods and there was so response at all till today from pep paxi. Their customer complaints service is very poor and there is no query number whatsoever each call i make is like a whole new complaint because there is no reference number for each complaint. Trust from my clients has been lost, my reputation has been *****ed and i have come out to look unreliable. I want my refund ASAP as i have paid refunds from my own pocket which means i have lost a lot of money over goods that were stolen by their courier people. Paxi has to be accountable and actually refund me. I am selling these goods to make a living as a single mother so please pay me back my money. Regards, Refilwe
We have had an incredibly bad experience with VW Benoni Citi. We went there beginning of February 2020 interested in buying their new T cross 2020 in an orange color and we were assisted by one of their sales representative Nompi Sethuntsa who assured and promised us that we would get the car we desired and that the color we want is also available. Suddenly after all the documents were submitted and bank approved the sales Lady Nompi then said the color is not available after giving us assurance that it was definitely available, it took over two weeks for her to be honest to say that the car was on lit available in white, she took advantage of us as consumers and therefore put us in a corner, she then promised to give us R5000 as compensation for the bad service and delays of the car being delivered. We then contacted Nompi's manager Yakoob Nanabhay who promised us on ( 11 March 2020) that the payment would be made within 7-10 working days which he wrote on email, we followed up with Mark Moodlwy who is said to be the finance manager, he promised to give us feedback on the 25th of March 2020 and to this day we have received any communication and no payment as promised by VW Benoni. We would like to express that the service is poor from the sales representative to the manager, their communication is poor, there is zero transparency and they have clearly taken advantage of and deceived us to get a sale. We are still expecting this payment and would like a date when it will be paid.
I would like to complain about a death claim that I made in the 16th April 2019 and I still have not received payment yet my other family members made their claims on 17 April 2019 and have received their death claim payments. The funeral is this coming Saturday and I am starting to look like the sibling who does not want to contribute to the funeral arrangements. I spoke to a consultant from group schemes and she admitted that payment was supposed to be done but has not yet be done/processed yet I received an sms on the 17th saying that my claim is in process. They said it would take two days and it is now the third day. Please assist as we need to finalize funeral arrangements for my grandfather. Old Mutual reference number is: CEB ********** 859.
