One deal a day does not deliver products. I ordered products on 6 September, received an order number, but since then, no further communication, except "I will look into it". Numerous whatsapp messages and emails were sent. No replies on emails - Very bad service.
Thumbs up to Absa branch at Somerset mall. But thumbs down to Absa credit card division. No customer care at all. They messed up so badly, apologized in an email and undertook to rectify the matter. It didn't happen. More emails were sent, but no reply, except for an automated reply. The matter is still unresolved. I received the credit card (excellent communication and service from courier company), but the surname on the credit card is still wrong. I should never have applied for a credit card at Absa. But since Virgin money credit card is being discontinued, I thought Absa will be a good choice. What a disappointment.
We received outstanding service from DTM Helderberg in Strand when we took our Nissan bakkie in for a checkup. Very friendly staff who will go out of their way to assist customers.
I sent numerous emails, but got no feedback. And consultants never contacted me. I am very disappointed with 1life. They are quick to take your money, but service is very poor.

<p>Work done on my car was of such bad workmanship. The poor service resulted in huge damage to my car and they refuse to take any responsibility, even after a report from BMW, testifying of the shoddy workmanship . The parts were also not the correct ones.</p> <p> </p>
