Worst absolute service, we are on the highest plan possible and these brainless techs tell us to upgrade? How to what, having a contract with them is an absolute waist of money, their servers are more done than anything, its a daily struggle

Service is terrible. We are in a office with 4 women, no IT experience at all and they expect us to connect the router. We have tried but have not been able too connect. It's now Day 3 and today will be the 3rd day that we call them asking if they can send out a tech to help us. If you don't know anything about Computers and wires please DO NOT use AFRIHOST.

if there was a way to give this company 0 stars I would, they are an absolute **** company to work with. They do not provide assistance after purchasing these devices they have no technicians that can come out and help and when you ask the service center agents tell you that as a client you need to figure it out. Pathetic absolutely pathetic.

I initiated a contract with Afrihost on May 9th, they only arranged for installation on May 25th, after I have begged them, telling them that my other contract was expiring. When they finally sent someone to install they installed incorrectly and I have no data and two days later they still have not sent a technician to sort out the installation. If I am experiencing this poor service before I even start with this company what kind of service am I going to experience? I am actually looking for another service provider because this one is not the one.

Hi Team, I am extremely frustrated with the ongoing service issues. Multiple calls have been logged (over 20), yet the same issue persists without resolution. We continuously have to repeat explanations, which is not acceptable. Please note that if there is no WiFi connectivity, users are unable to make or receive work-related calls. Worst possible service ever. I ordered and paid my product 9 days ago. It still has not been received yet they bill as if it has been received. There what's app line cannot tell me where my order is. There helpline cannot tell me where the order is. There courier company cannot tell me where the order is. Order has disappeared into thin air but my money in there account

Really dissapointed in Afrihost, have been with them for over 11 years. took on a reseller server recently and have had more downtime on my web domains then uptime in the last couple weeks. What is more annoying is the lack or no feedback, from complaints and retentions. Keep getting the same resolution , ;we are working on it', this should not have happened in the 1st place. server and hosting 101. i have last almost full days of not receiving mails in the last two weeks. really poor, I am rally considering moving my domains to another partner.
