KFC Noordheuwel worst service ever, stood half an hour in the drive through will all the idiots are strearing at the screen with no service. HORRIBLE ****IBLE SERVIVE
Worst service, do not take their cover or do a will with them. My elderly uncle and aunt took out their top plan, uncle passed away 28 Dec and to date they have not rendered the service promised, we have to wait until the 28th of Jan...more then a month for assistance. Please dont use them. I CANT BELIEVE THE **** SERVICE AFTER BEING PROMISED A 48HR TURN AROUND
We are disputing the outcome of this claim, We did not ask or do the installation of this faulty stove, the report given by our electrician was give after the stove has burned out, due to the previous owner's neglect, we bought this property with the mind that the COC was in order and that everything was above board. This is a claim against the body corp that willy nilly let people accept any contractor to do work at the units, without checking up on their so-called workmanship, we believe that this stove/ hob installation was done when the building was built. This is not a new stove/hob.
We have an insurance claim against the body corp of our complex, for a stove/hob that was installed before we even bought the place, they refuse to fix/ replace the unit and say it not against them, as it is a built-in unit, it is part of building insurance and not content. The agents refuse to resolve this, they also accepted an invalid COC, which would have indicated that there was an issue, if it was done properly
Worst service ever, Ive ordered a meal from burgerking only to get my delivery soaked in my cooldrink, they driver just dropped it in his bag and now I have paid for food that I cant even eat or drink. Order#DFD242057277
How is it possible that everything on special is always sold out, going there to buy a defy 8kg was 5 kg dry combo machine just to be held there for 20min and then told no stock. Since assmart took over makro has gone done the drain
Its been more than a month of not having any data/wifi/internet service, they refuse to sort out the problem in our area. This is absolutely nothing other than breach of contract, and yet they expect us to keep to our part by paying of this utterly useless service
Worst courier company ever, waiting for my bank cards to be delivered. The driver, drives up to the gate does not even get out, takes a photo of the gate and leaves, Now suddenly delivery will be later in the week. Unlucky for the driver I am in reception, so if he rang the bell, which he didn't, the delivery could have been made.
Earth zone refuse to pay me my refund. I was told I should get my refund 4-6 weeks after the property is registered to the new owner and its been 8 weeks since that was done. I spoke to Koketso, Belinda and Johanns who have been handling this matter and they still give me the run around. They never available to answer calls and always not on at their desks when I call to find out what is delay. I am getting told lies on lies as they promise that payment will happen on the 28/7,nothing then 2/08 again nothing then 4/08 again noting. I am getting excuses after excuses. I have everything in writing and have sent emails after emails but still 8 weeks late no refund is paid back to me.
The worst service provider I ever had to deal with. They do not deliver on time and can not stick to delivery dates, They left a turnstile, unbolted and NOT Secured around my school kids.
