Unauthorized subscription by AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER (PTY)
I am been charged for a subscription for this company called AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER through Telkom contract which I don't even know. I am very angry to find out now when I called Telkom and only to know that most Telkom clients are been affected by this and they still expect us to pay for something they know about but us the client did not know. I also feel Telkom is not fair as is their system that's been hacked, Telkom need to take it up with the schemas called AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER. I have no subscriptions with the AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER, which means they hacked the Telkom system to ***** for their client but we are the once being billed for something that's happening to Telkom side. Can all this be resolved and Telkom to communicate transparently with their clients who are affected about this and not just send us bills as a shock with no explanation of how we are paying such madness money that we never agreed on.

I am been charged for a subscription for this company called AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER through Telkom contract which I don't even know. I am very angry to find out now when I called Telkom and only to know that most Telkom clients are been affected by this and they still expect us to pay for something they know about but us the client did not know. How does this company still exist in South Africa after numerous complaints and bad reviews. I have now also fell victim to them. I have a data sim in a router, but regularly get subscribed to content services from Akinga Vertical Service Provider. This is so ******** as this gets done to so many people, so I am sure Akinga Vertical Service Provider is making loads of money out of unsuspecting citizens. Everytime my monthly installment for LTE service spikes, I login on the website and would find that I am subscribed to several content services from this Akinga. The simcard never leaves the router and I'll never signed up to services from these ************ service providers, yet they manage to find a way of taking money from a service I've supposedly signed up to. It is ridiculous. How do they exist doing such ******** activity right before our eyes without being taken on by the authorities? It baffles me

Akinga Virtual Service and TELKOM *****
this company had money paid without my consent to them via my Telkom Bill. I have never ever had an opportunity to OPT OUT as so nicely put by TelKom who deducted money from my Bank Account and paid this provider. The sim is in my Wifi Router has NOT ever been removed from this router. I get a bill from Telkom monthly without an itemised detail. ONLY when I now enquired about why I have to pay R333 more for my Wifi Contract I am told I "subscribed" to Akinga Virtual Serv (what is this service even for). to be honest I did not even know this sim number until now. ONLY TeLKOM knows this number. But hey they can pay this company but cannot take the money back and pay what they took out of my accoutn without my consent back to me. They first took R10 more in June, then R100 more in July and now with my August payment they took R333 more I am shocked that Telkom allows this. How many people are being de*****ed by this company and a company like TELKOM is okay to pay the money but I am told to go and google the details of this company. And How is this even allow that the option is to OPT OUT. Router sms goes to the router so as a user you have NO opportunity to stop this. *****

WHATCH AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER AND TELKOM
Not sure if this review is useful but I don't think people deal with them anyway. Telkom does their dirty work. Telkom *****s the money and shares it with AKINGA VERTICAL SERVICE PROVIDER... Their have no contact number on their website but they will just keep taking your money for a subscription you have no knowledge of.

I have a telkom subscription for R 199 pm and I pay R 500 pm extra to this Vertical Service Provider. I have never heard of these people I do not know what this subscription is about and Telkom and Vertical Service Provider are just having fun taking people's funds for no service offered nor explained

How the heck do I get subscribed to this on a tablet I don't use at all? This is a **** and I am looking to speak to a lawyer about this misdeed from this company and Telkom Mobile from the looks of it, the reviews from others here just a few in the list of people this company has ****med and ****** money from, imagine the elderly and ones that don't know about this? This is terrible and has to be stopped!

NO Consent given on billing activation
We have been charged R1400.00 now for the second month on our Telkom bill that we do not know what this is for. How can they activate stuff on your phones without any consent from you. Telkom is useless when you ask for help, how can I see what is activated and how was this activated without our consent. Who can assist on this I am not going to leave this for them to make money out of other people

NO Consent given on billing activation
We have been charged R1400.00 now for the second month on our Telkom bill that we do not know what this is for. How can they activate stuff on your phones without any consent from you. Telkom is useless when you ask for help, how can I see what is activated and how was this activated without our consent. Who can assist on this I am not going to leave this for them to make money out of other people
