Beef patty undercooked
Bought a Wacky Wednesday an hour ago, when i got to my desk after a few bites, I realised that the burger is a little bit cold and when i looked, the patty is undercooked. I was really feeding my pregnancy craving. tried eating the other burger but also towards the end, it is also raw

The experience was horrible the worst service I have received in my life. I will never buy at steer again in my life. Steer Southgate. I wanted to buy a meal using my voucher was told the voucher makes their system to crush what kind of **** service is that. The teller couldn't even come up with an excuse maybe say voucher system is off the attitude she displayed that the voucher makes the system to crush.

Terrible Service
I ordered two two toast at Krugersdorp paardekraal steers and I had to wait for 30 minutes for the food. I went home and found out that one toast is missing. Very bad service from the management of franchise and the staff. Terrible service for big business like steers

Disgusting slop from Black Steers
We just had the most disgusting meal ever. The ribs were not fully cooked and tasted like old, reheated ribs. The Wraps were soggy, the meat was underdone and tasted like it was boiled. There was sloppy tasteless onions in it. The food was not even fit for my dogs! Worst and most disgusting slop ever

Black Steer Restaurant Lichtenburg
I took my friend and her daughter from Zeerust to Lichtenburg for shopping on Sunday 20 December 2020. Deciding to have breakfast, we went to Black Steer, Lichtenburg, preferring to sit outside because there was ventilation as recommended by Covid-19 guidelines by Govt, but we were told it is reserved for smoking, so no kids allowed outside. As I preferred to sit there we just went outside anyway, but were ignored for service and didn't get a menu for at least 20 minutes, so we left. Please ask Black Steer Lichtenburg if they take the right to smoke more serious than Covid-19? Why cant they least have 2 sections outside? PS. We are not anti-smoking fanatics and will readily share well-ventilated spaces with smokers
