i booked for me and my friend for a few days at park central rosebank (24th-26th june)and my bank account was debited and I cancelled the booking within 24 hours of booking and i was refunded and booking.com debited R2000 from my bank account for no reason and now my bank account is on a minus because of them,i want my money as i cancelled the booking within 24 hours and i dont know what the R2000 is for..the booking was for Portia Madihlaba

I booked at Imvubu guest house and conference centre in Westville through booking.com, my booking was for 2weeks from 25th of May to 5 June, money was debited same time from my account and the booking was confirmed, I went to check in yesterday afternoon (on the 25th of May) the lady at reception called the “owners” of the place and they told me there has been a change of management and they have no record of my booking, the previous owners have not removed the guest house from bookings and unfortunately they can not help or offer accomodation.. how is that my business when I had paid in full? I paid through bookings.com and I have proof, so please I need my refund, the economy is tough for everyone and it’s not fair that we have to be ****med like this, I have used bookings.com countless times and I have never had any issues except for this time.. I had to get another place at last minute and had to pay out of pocket for the new accomodation.. to say I am livid is an understatement!!!!!

I do not recommended Booking.com. I booked and paid for a 1 bedroom apartment with an aircon at Menlyn Maine apartments but instead I was provided a studio apartment with no aircon. I then disputed because the host was not responding to me. It was only fair to be charged for at the amount of a studio apartment with no aircon but instead booking.com opted to not investigating further citing they can not find nor receive any communications from the host. They then opened a platform of review and they rejected my review even though it was fair and honest, they are now insisting that I am self promoting whereas I do not even have an apartment associated to Menlyn Maine Apartments that can justify self promotion or advertising. I do not host any properties on Booking.con. I have resorted to deactivating my account I’ll never use booking.con ever again. They promote ******* environments where most of the properties are misrepresented

Disgraceful service from this organisation. How on earth can anyone trust this organisation? They take your money but when you are entitled to a refund, there is no way of contacting them!! Quite pathetic and not recommended for future business!!

Sent email by booking.com confirming Genius level. Did another booking from different email address for same user , booking.com refused to acknowledge previous Genius level? For a local booking was charged an international booking rate and numerous calls and emails failed to elicut a response
