The 2 women working in the store are beyond vulgar. I saw them both standing on the pavement outside the shop this morning hurling abuse at an older Durbanville lady and swearing loudly while laughing and performing line they were in a shebeen.

I have had the most terrible experience with Brother International South Africa and Loot.co.za. I bought the MFC-J2340DW from Loot to print A3 pages, exclusively. From Day 1, I was unable to do this, every page failed or printed only a few cms, making me lose incredible expensive Gloss sticker paper. Loot sent out a Mustek technician, after spending an hour on the phone with me without success. Technician couldn't fix it either, and had to take it in. By this time, I have printed / wasted 17 pages. 2 weeks later, the printer is returned to me saying I can only print A3 pages 1 at a time. NO WHERE is this communicated on any website (most definitely not Loots) otherwise I would not have bought it. Loot refuses a refund. I struggle on. Now the printer only prints A3 successfully one in 4 times, other pages being wasted and having to be thrown away. I struggled on, printing less than 40 pages as per print counter. Then I am told the ink is finished!!!! The same original Brother ink that promises 1000 pages!!!!! After only printing 47. Technician comes to fetch it again, and 2 weeks later, calls me to tell me he wants to drop off the printer, they replaced the ink. WTH?????? Get rid of the ****** machine, refund me and tell me where I can send the invoice for my wasted time and paper dealing with your faulty products!! Also, Loot, perhaps its time to learn from Takealot and start advocating for your clients- there is no way I will use you again. Public, be warned.

Purchased a Scan N Cut machine and installed the plugin for Adobe Illustrator. But you can't export to the machines native file (which I've never heard of) unless you login to Brother's CanvasWorkspace server.... which has been down for ages. There is zero actual online help (that works) and it's virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find any link to a help page/contact page etc. It's as if they have done their level best to avoid helping clientele. How can a site to such an expensive product be under maintenance since the day I first tried to access it???

Purchased a Scan N Cut machine and installed the plugin for Adobe Illustrator. I work in the IT sector for small to medium enterprises. Whenever I am asked to recommend and install a printer this is my go to. It never gives problems and always does the job at hand, whether scanning or printing. The Ink Tank offers great value for money. Have been using it every day for almost 6 months and have not refilled the ink yet. Easy to set up the wifi and print from any where in the house or office. Scans multiply pages easily and very useful extra manual paper feed if required. The printer is economical and the printing quality is excellent. It is easy to setup (directly via printer). The wireless printing runs smoothly via laptop, tablet and cellphone. Printing quality is great on both normal and glossy paper. An excellent product from Brother.

Bad service from a supplier Makro selling your product, bought a brother printer at Makro, and the nightmare it was after just having the printer for 3 days only after it just stopped working for no reason. Yes, I spoke to your offices, and they were very help and understanding, but because of Makro self made policy, now Brother gets the bad review. Never will I purchase a item or product from Makro and now Brother SA will be feeling it too as I am throwing this printer in the bin, because I was not help and satisfy of the treatment I received. Don't NOT by anything from Makro before getting the items you buying policy in writing. They print it small for you to end loosing your rights. Sad, but R1900 down the drain for using it for 3 days and being told I have to take it myself to brother office, but buying it from there store
