Purchased a Scan N Cut machine and installed the plugin for Adobe Illustrator. But you can't export to the machines native file (which I've never heard of) unless you login to Brother's CanvasWorkspace server.... which has been down for ages. There is zero actual online help (that works) and it's virtually IMPOSSIBLE to find any link to a help page/contact page etc. It's as if they have done their level best to avoid helping clientele. How can a site to such an expensive product be under maintenance since the day I first tried to access it???
Avoid Std Bank Home insurance at all costs. We had to go with them with our Std Bank homeloan but they will avoid you like the plague when you claim. Following up and tracking is next to impossible and for legitimate claims they will pretend like they don't know you.

I have one final payment remaining on my vehicle. Wesbank is a punctual with their debits as the trains of Japan. But now, my settlement amount is less than their standard debit amount and guess what, no debit. Also when I go onto their account services and request a settlement quotation the message I get back is "A settlement quote is not available for your account." Furthermore, when I phone their help desk, I'm told the system is offline and my details are not visible to them. Wesbank, I'd like to settle my account before interest is allowed to accrue on my slightly lower than usual outstanding balance.
As I write this I have been on hold for eleven minutes waiting to speak to an agent, who according to the WireIT website are available 24/7 including weekends and public holidays. I paid for R1000 electricity and did not receive the token via SMS. I specifically enabled this service so that I would not have to endure the problems associated with buying electricity from the various other useless vendors. This is an essential service. WireIT there is no margin for error here. This should work 100% of the time, without exception. I'll be very surprised to receive an answer from a this service provider who can't even answer a telephone call to the help desk. Hope are enjoying your holiday on my behalf WireIT
I have a Telkom contract which claims that Telkom to Telkom calls are free on my now 'wireless' landline. Each month I'm charged for every call I've made to a local, not cell, number. Any 041 number I dial is charged at standard rates.
Don't go anywhere else before you've had your design pieces cut and bent with Laser Punch and Bend in Port Elizabeth. These guys are simply the best and I can say this with total confidence. Your material is handled with care from start to finish. Absolute professionalism and expertise!
FNB, every month without fail sends me a complete stranger's credit card and savings account statements. This amounts to FNB sending the account number, personal address, opening and closing balances, details of all purchases and whatever other information you would hope your bank would keep private, to the wrong person. I have repeatedly contacted FNB in this regard and asked them to stop but still it continues. I delete these mails as soon as they arrive but cannot help wondering whether they have not been just as negligent with my own account statements. FNB get your act together. You are careless and grossly incompetent in this regard!
