CK Gate auto.... bad telephone manners
Just called them painted my gates got home found sticker on gate . Pulled off almost a R20 size of paint . Called them and told them i will sue them for damage of poperty and then the phone go dropped in my ear. This ia a very good way to start a relationship with a client. Keep callinv back and the phone keeps being dropped in my ear... so if ypu ever do bisiness with them good luck in calling should something not be right with the installation. Good job girl who answers on the 076 624 2729 nr and office nr.. very nice way to gain clients. You could have just listered to me andsolved it

CK Gate Auto dishonest
We hired CK Gate and Automation to replace cameras at our home. Kevin the owner and his technicians replaced the cameras on 16 May 2024. I paid for the work done as he insists on payment before they leave the premises. The cameras were not working properly so I called him to arrange for the cameras to tested and for the problem to be fixed. He quoted additional labour hours and for parts that were already included in the invoice. He was supposed to ensure that the cameras were working properly and this is what we paid him for. He became rude on WhatsApp and then apologised and sent his technicians back to my home. They confirmed that they believe that something was wrong with the actual cameras and promised to return with new cameras. This never happened. After several follow ups, Kevin decided to further escalate the cost of labour and parts. He is dishonest, his work is below standard and he deliberately sabotages the work undertaken to charge additional fees to fix the problem. He is rude and insulting. His work is sub standard. DO not use CH Gate and Auto. Kevin is extremely dishonest. Do not make an upfront payment.

Damage to intercom and wall paint
Every month my front fence gets decorated with CK Gate and Automation advertising stickers. It damages the paint, and now they started cmsticking it on the intercom, over the speaker area, so only when I check why my guests cannot hear me, do I see that they stuck their advertising stickers over the speaker. When I call them and asked them politely not to do this, the owner yelled and cursed at me and said he has the legal right to. Since when can you use other people's perimeter walls as ad space?

Sticker on gates
Sticker on gates. This company thinks nothing of defacing property if it meets their marketing requirements. Disgusting. Don't support them.

CK Auto Stickers
This business uses stickers as adverti*****t, and sends someone into the streets to place stickers on peoples gates, which in turns causes damage to the gates paint when one try and remove the sticker. I spoke to Kevin an he told me he will call me back and this never happened. I followup up via Whatsapp and he told me he can not fix the damage he caused. He now even blocked my number so I can not get hold of him.
