This has been, without exaggeration, the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I was initially excited to get parts fitted to my vehicle, but that excitement quickly turned into frustration and regret. First, I purchased a left-side mirror along with accessories and paid for labour, only to be sold the wrong mirror entirely. It was the wrong model and even the wrong color. Fine, mistakes happen. I returned it and gave them the benefit of the doubt. They then reordered what they claimed was the correct part using my VIN number. When it finally arrived, I went back to the dealership expecting a smooth fitting process, only to be told they don’t actually do the fitting themselves. Instead, I was sent elsewhere. When I got there, I was told they didn’t even have time to assist me. I then went somewhere else, thinking finally they are going to get the fitting done only to discover that they had ALSO supp**** the wrong spoiler. At this point, it’s beyond a simple mistake. This is a complete lack of attention to detail, poor coordination, and a total disregard for the customer’s time and experience. The most concerning part? They insist all parts were ordered using my VIN number, which makes these repeated errors even more unacceptable. I’ve wasted time, energy, and money dealing with issues that should never have happened in the first place. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using this dealership

I’m sharing my experience regarding the service and appalling *********/dishonest service I received from salesman Wiehaan and FNI Yolandi, from CMH Suzuki silverlakes….I wanted to buy a brand new suzuki swift 2025 model and the car was 275 something I advised them that for the unnecessary extras that they had put I will pay cash for them even though they were unreasonable eg:number plates for 695 the total for all the extras was 15k and I was willing to pay them cash so the total for the car was down to 244 950 vat incl, they sent me the OTP and the amount reflected was 244 950, we then went ahead with applying for finance and I got approved and then the sales guy calls me and says oh our FNI just wants to speak to you for 5mins to tell u over the phone the installments and interest rate quickly she doesn’t have time to send u the documents because she’s very busy, only to find out when i requested to see the podium threatening to leave the deal, that’s when I realised that they had added other charges and doubled billed me on licence and registration(that was part of the extras) amongst other things, while it was part of the extras again so they basically added plus -20k on top of the agreed OTP amount until it was about 265 750, they also included a ballon payment of 85k without my consent. That’s when I realised that I was dealing with ****mers,*****sters and dishonest people to buy my car I decided to leave the deal and I just want to warn people to think twice before they consider buying from them….. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY GO SOMEWHERE ELSE WERE YOU WILL GET HONESTY

I am the proud owner of a Suzuki Swift for 3 years now, and get her serviced at CMH Suzuki Silver Lakes every year. I have nothing but good things to say about their service and the professional staff, but I want to single out Sydney Mpolokeng, who goes the extra mile for his clients. He contacts me regularly to find out how I'm doing and also offers help with anything I may need with regards to my car. I recently had my car key ****** from my pocket and not only did he find out what the correct procedure is that I should follow, but he also took it upon himself to try and secure new keys for me, I trust CMH Suzuki Silver Lakes knows that they have a GEM in Sydney.

I recently purchased a vehicle through CMH Suzuki Silver Lakes, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. From start to finish, my sales executive, Tebatso K Mathenjwa (T.K.) was professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful. T.K. made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Every question I had was answered promptly and clearly, and I truly felt like a valued customer throughout. T.K. went the extra mile to ensure everything was in perfect order before handing over the keys. T.K.'s attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction really stood out. I highly recommend CMH Suzuki Silver Lakes to anyone looking to buy a car—thank you for making what can often be a daunting process such a pleasant one!

My Suzuki Swift's steering rack needs to be replaced In June 2024 I took my vehicle in for a major service and I advised them that my steering rack seems a bit stiff and it's not working as if used to. I then fetch my vehicle and I was advised by one of their representatives that the "best technician" at their branch had a look at it and that were absolutely nothing wrong with it. My father then went with me to their branch and told them that we drive the car and that it should be looked into. They then booked my car in to see what the issue was and eventually after my vehicle being booked in 2nd time of my car being booked in they then told me it's the steering module, my car then went in for a third time where they then confirmed it's the steering rack. They never told me that I had to pay for the wheel alignment test, only after a month of following up to see how far my warranty claim was they then told me I need to re-do the wheel alignment t's been almost 4 months if not 5 months and still I can't get a proper answer as to whether or not the steering rack is going to be repaired. I have to called after their representatives no one cares to get back to me with information. As a client I am very upset

Surreal experience: I was looking for a new car at Suzuki Silver Lakes, and spent a pleasant few minutes with the sales lady. For a test drive she scanned my driver's license, and then wanted a cellphone number and email address. I declined, because I do not want to be on yet more mailing lists and be targeted by endless adverts, or add more information for the delectation of identity *******. The lady assured me that that would not happen, but then they always do promise that, and it almost never happens that way. I pointed out that I could always make a 'mistake' when supplying my contact details, but would rather prefer to be open and honest about it, but then I expect them to be too. So she went to fetch a more senior person, who bluntly refused me a test drive without my phone number and email address. One wonders whether that means that people without such things are not allowed to buy cars? Anyway, I had to leave - pity, for the cars looked nice. Clearly dealing in personal contact information is more important to them than selling cars, for that information does not increase their security one bit when I test-drive a car. Which means they were lying about the reason they wanted it. The sales lady probably believed what she told me, but clearly her superior knew differently.

My experience with CMH Suzuki Silver Lakes, from the purchase to post-sale service, was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, the sales person unnecessarily asked us to complete financing applications despite having already paid for the vehicle in full. He also then continued to share another client's financial details which was shockingly unprofessional and inappropriate, but his subsequent comments regarding the emergency response team were outright offensive and racially insensitive. The vehicle handover lacked any personal touch or effort to make the moment special, contrary to what I observed for other customers. Post-sale, the service faltered further with multiple follow-ups required to obtain the Netstar certificate for insurance. It was eventually revealed that the tracker hadn't been installed at all, contrary to what was agreed. Although they attempted to rectify this by arranging installation at my convenience, the frustration didn't end there. A month post-purchase, I was still chasing the dealership for the spare key tag and confirmation of the Netstar monthly rate. Last week, I emailed the branch to schedule my vehicle's 15,000km service. Despite assurances of a Saturday appointment and a promised confirmation SMS, repeated follow-ups yielded no response. Upon calling the branch this morning, I was shocked to learn that no appointment had been made. Furthermore, they were fully booked and unable to accommodate me, forcing me to seek service elsewhere. The lack of communication and follow-through on promised actions has been incredibly disheartening. This experience has not only caused me considerable inconvenience but has also left me questioning the professionalism and customer service standards at CMH Suzuki Silver Lakes.
