I dealt with their HQ in Cape Town regarding a faulty Apple TV Box and Stephen was very helpful. He definitely went out of his way to make things happen and although they tried to fix the issue by replacing the remote first, when I told them the problem still existed, he was able to replace the whole unit. He even sent me an interim digi box so we could keep watching TV whilst they Apple Box was replaced. Thanks

Worcester Mountain Mill Mall Computer Mania, Service very poor. Bought laptop and I did mention the urgency. Got it then brought the old one so they can clone to the new one. When I got it back the gave me an old charger. Return it, they promise to call me back but never. When going back was told the person that was helping me is off but they will look for it. Now my husband went back for the 3rd time they told him he has to wait for some time as they may be mistakenly given to other customer. Whose fault is that??? Ma stuck with a brand new laptop with no charger.. Am taking it back, it's either they give me my new charger or they take their laptop

Pity I could only give 5 stars. Unbelievable service from the head office branch in Cape Town, Sonette in particular. I had an issue with a delivery. Not only did she sort it out quickly but she also managed to track down something esle for me and had that delivered within a couple of days. Nice to see companies going the extra mile.

Excellent service from Kai at West Coast Village Village branch, he was quick, efficient, helpful and so friendly. Truly grateful for their great service. Also to the head office in Cape Town, Michael was also excellent.

I went to Computer Mania Greenstone mall yesterday and I got the best service, all the guys there are so helpful and polite, even went above what is expected of them . So grateful. Will definitely be going back there!
