Great service and wonderful experience
Had another pleasant experience at the motorcycle department at Donford BMW. Damian and the team went above and beyond in assisting me with my motorcycle. I've been a loyal client for the past 15 years and have never had bad service.

Great service and wonderful experience
Had another pleasant experience at the motorcycle department at Donford BMW. Damian and the team went above and beyond in assisting me with my motorcycle. I've been a loyal client for the past 15 years and have never had bad service.

Fantastic Service.
I recently managed to strip my BMW f800GS motorcycle’s sump plug. I contacted Donford BMW Stellenbosch motorcycle spares department, where I was put in contact with a gentleman named Ruhan Henegan. Ruhan not only got hold of the part in short time, but also had the part dropped off an agreed location. By assisting me with a little problem, he solved a big problem for me. This is the kind of employees that makes Donford Stellenbosch awesome to deal with.

Fantastic Service.

Not looking their part???
I recently visited South Africa from Australia due to my mother's passing. Whilst there and days after the funeral, I went to a mall just opposite this business. I had hired a car...just a simple Toyota. Upon entering I was greeted by what seemed to be the only black sales person. I did not mind chatting to him. I am in the market for a car for when i retire in SA so I wanted to test drive a car that I really liked. Apparently, they could not find the keys to this car anywhere however it was moved outside just a couple of hours before...he must've looked for the keys for over an hour. I chose a different car? Same deal, no keys which led me to believe that this was done on purpose. I was obviously not impressed with the situation as I know their cars sleep inside and someone must have had the keys...I tend to think that I do not look like a BMW purchaser, you know the shoes, watch, mobile and top of the range hired car etc...I am just a plane guy however I do own a brand new BMW X5 30D Msport with a few added options which I purchased in Australia. I have owned BMW'S for the past 25 years and bought them brand new. I can only assume the lost keys was due to me not fitting their profile. I will not be purchasing a car from them and rather look at taking my business and hard earned money elsewhere where better honest service is met by me. Sis I say to this business. I am better off going to BMW Somerset West where I bought my cars before, much better service and no judging of how you look.

It has recently come to my attention that my sister Simone Govender who works for BMW, has been dishonestly telling her customers that our father passed away, and how hard she has taken his death. This not true, she is lying. The reality is she was not close to my father, she was a problem to my father, a serious problem. The motive? She has been asking her customers for financial assistance. Her story is that she needs to send money to our poor widowed mother who has been burdened to pay the medical bills of our late father. THIS IS A COMPLETE FABRICATED LIE!!! Simone does not send money to my mom or the family. in fact my mother, my sisters, and I have all written Simone off. None of us speak to Simone. Simone is an individual of extreme dishonesty, manipulation, and deceit. She has a long history of lying and exploiting people, Simone is a compulsive ****. to make matters worse I eceived a phone call from a man who Simone met while he was looking to purchase a BMW, she had told him she needs money to pay for a funeral, a deceased uncle, Simone conned him into giving her money as he felt sorry for our family, there was no deceased uncle, Simone had ****. Simone should not be allowed to deal with the public, and in my opionion should be in jail.
