Had another pleasant experience at the motorcycle department at Donford BMW. Damian and the team went above and beyond in assisting me with my motorcycle. I've been a loyal client for the past 15 years and have never had bad service.
This company is definitely a ****. Contacted them, price obviously too good to be true. Said we want to view in worcester. Sent someone and the truck is not even at the premises. When you ask, they say it is viewing by appointment only. Guy refused to come out or let us view. Business next door says they get lots of people searching for them.

We have had NO response regarding our dishwashing machine that broke in November. It broke and then they brought it back in December but then it broke again when they switched it on. Now we have been waiting for our machine to be returned and been phoning them every day but still no machine! Not happy with their service at all!
My attorneys made a payment of R49 000 into my credit card but Woolworths financial services refuses to allocate the funds. The money is now in the Woolworths suspense account and they are refusing to trace, refund or allocate it. I am at my wits end
No assistance to get a new account on Standard Bank business online loaded! We have been trying to get a new business bank account loaded onto our existing business online profile and our business banker at Stellenbosch Standard Bank is just not helping us with this. Why is no one from the bank helping us with the simple task? Due to this, we struggle to conduct our business in an efficient manner because we can not access the one bank account.
Today is the second day that I have been waiting in ABSA Stellenbosch to register a new account for online banking. Again all systems are 'down' and no one can assist me. I have now spent more that 4 hours between Friday and today waiting to just register the new account for online banking!!! TERRIBLE service.
We received very bad customer service from Sales Hire Stellenbosch. Especially form the debtors clerk, Elaine Steyn. She refuses to apologise for her very rude statements against me and has gone so far as to send us a very sarcastic comment. We have been a loyal client of Sales hire for many years but due to her horrible way of treating us we will not be using them ever again. They have lost us as a loyal client forever.
HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience trying to cancel my mother in law's landline. Have tried to cancel for 6 months now and still Telkom collects money via a debit order EVERY MONTH!!! The line has been cancelled months ago but telkom still takes money!!! VERY VERY UNHAPPY VIR TELKOM
Beware of the Ucount ****. They have now for the second time cancelled my ucount for business due to "bad standing"....which does not exist. At that stage they cancel all your points and it takes weeks and numerous phone calls to reset it. Horrible business!
