Eazy real estate and Paula van Rensburg is the best in the business I have now sold 2 properties through her and the service level is unheard of, quality Marketing, continues and clear communication and super state of the art system where you can track the action of your listing. They made this journey so much less stressful than what it actually is. Thank you Paula and Eazi

Paul Van Rensburg is by far the best agent I have ever worked with! Professional, kind, supportive and knowledgeable. And the platform is exceptionally user friendly. I would recommend both Paula and Eazi to anyone looking to buy! This is my second property I have been blessed enough to purchase via Paula and Eazi and I will most certainly only use both again.

Kim Braaf was our agent. And our experience was amazing from start to finish. I requested to view the property on the 29th November 2025 and the next day we viewed the property. Kim was a great help in convincing my husband the house was a good choice because he was slightly hesitant. I will always be appreciative for that. By the 1st December we put an offer and it was accepted the next day. The process was very quick and smooth and Kim was very professional and transparent with everything. We moved in to the house first week of March 2026 and even my husband admits this was a good buy 😂, post sale Kim still took the initiative to assist with minor challenges we had and did above her expected services. She is amazing .

I had a mixed experience with Herman from Eazi Real Estate. Initially, he was helpful and responsive throughout the viewing and offer process. However, the experience changed drastically once the sale was finalised. Several issues came to light within days of handover: 1. We identified lifting floors within 12 days of moving in. Although the agent verbally acknowledged the issue at the time, he later denied the interaction when I raised it formally. 2. The brand-new built-in oven was missing all internal racks and the seller refused to replace or pay for part of the R640 cost. 3. Only a single key and remote was provided for all doors including Trellidoors and electric entrance gate, leaving us with a R2000 security cost. When we attempted to resolve these reasonably, the agent shifted entirely to protecting the seller’s interests, ignoring previous verbal assurances. Advice to future buyers: Do not rely on verbal agreements or the perceived "helpfulness" of the agent. Document every single observation—no matter how small—via email or WhatsApp immediately. Ensure you open every appliance and check every key before signing off, as the support ends the moment the commission is secured.
