"I would not recommend speaking to the sales person or making an appointment, but if you do, know that this will not just take a few minutes, it will take an hour and a half. Also, if you think the meeting is going well,Wait till the end when their true training colors show when they push you for a sale.I cannot speak for the product, but the other reviews does👎" - someone made this comment and I have experienced the exact same thing about 45 minutes ago.

If I can give zero stars I would. These people promise you savings on electricity. Now we use a lot more electricity. Combine this ******* system with loadshedding or without loadshedding I have had more cold showers this winter than ever in my life. I feel R13000 was basically ****** from us with all their lies. Don't believe the ******* they tell you.

My husband and I intervened a sales pitch in his parents living room and ruined the sales reps day by asking too many questions about the product, price and payment plan after they had spent close to 1.5 hours on a sales pitch and only required one more signature to seal the deal. Once we finally managed to cancel the deal, my husband asked them for the forms that were filled out by our family members, as they contained personal information. For R15 000, EPS basically sells titanium plates and geyser timers to make your geyser more effective and thereby cut electricity costs. Sounds great, however, when we reviewed the confiscated forms later, we were shocked to find a Nedbank Unsecure Personal Loan document, a CTI Credit Life Plan and a C T international finance document. Why is a EPS sales rep making you sign a Life plan for a Titanium plate that will be installed in your geyser to save electricity??? Before you sign any document that EPS lays infront of you, do some researcher on your own. Their website does not provide any information. All the reviews on Google are a copy paste version of "Hi my name is X And I live in X. I have been using ESP for X amount of years and have saved X amount of money. I urge everyone to join ESP family, thanks to our sales rep X for contacting me." A company cannot possibly make the public believe that 300+ people will leave the same review, with slightly altered information, if they are not **** profiles or incentivized to do so? All the reviews use 100% pyramid scheme language. If EPS would like to comment, I would like to use this platform for them to convince me that the company is not a **** and that the sales agents are not con artists, by providing factual and accurate information on what the product is, how it works, a break down of payment plan and an explanation as to why a Life Plan policy was part of the documentation that needed to be signed. I look forward to hearing from you.

MOENIE EPS SISTEEM EERS OORWEEG NIE! So is R25 000 in die water gegooi! PASSOP VIR HIERDIE KLUGSPUL! DIT WERK NIE!!!

I was approached by Gerrit Mocke about the use of my geyser management system as I call it, it has been great as we ve been able to keep our electricity expenses below R1000 per month which was never possible before, especially with the costs going up. Now I can switch my geyser off should no-one in the house have any need to use hot water - for me this systems works to keep my expenses down

This company is a scam, after complaining to them directly stating their product is defective and does not work, they kept telling me to monitor for another month or they just ignored me. I took them to the ombudsman and after the adjudicator got involved, we are finally getting our money back - minus the cancellation fee - because that is all eps cares about - how much money they can scam you out of. This is the response they sent to the adjudicator - so I am not surprised that their products are defective as there is no guarantee you are getting a new one, and that is what is most concerning considering you pay R12000 for the useless system. See response below: 'Good morning Mr. Maja, I have discussed this with the owner. Unfortunately, this will not be possible as the client agreed to the terms and the conditions and is this stipulated under point 3. We also make use of a sub-contractor for installations and is there costs involved for the installation, removal and callouts involved. The product will also need to be refurbished and may we not be able to use it again. The cancellation fee will thus be applicable. Kindest regards, Benita' Another concern is insurance does not cover the titanium element and the cost of replacing that should it become defective out of warranty (which is almost a given based on the fact you are in all likelihood getting a refurbished unit) is just on R2000.00. This company should be ashamed of themselves, conning hard working people out of their money so they can go for month long holidays, and avoid addressing complaints or being held accountable for their sub standard products and after sales service which is non existent. I have received better service from the UIF and believe me that is saying a lot! After you have lodged an official complaint with eps, and they ignore you or attempt to delay it by stating monitor for a month (i suggest you keep all email correspondence) contact the consumer goods and services ombudsman. If enough people stop accepting what they say, and they get enough people exposing the truth about them, maybe then they will actually start to deliver on their promises instead of scamming unsuspecting people out of their hard earned money.
