A guy called John from the department of collections is rude and can't talk to customers has no negotiating skills and thinks that he owns the company or it's his father's company.

Unreachable through their contact details and WhatsApp they never responded to emails unless it’s premium. December got and email and sms telling me I misssed my premiums yet they never even attempted to debit, I then paid manually and send Proof of payment .Two days after they went and tried to debit my account due to insufficient funds it bounced . 😡😡 This leaves me with a bad credit history and raises deduction as it was a failed debit my Bank had to charge me took me two weeks to get hold of them . To top it up the consultant on emails and WhatsApp were rude , requested a call from management or upper hand up to this day I haven’t received that call. We in Jan My debit day is the 25th I understand it was on a Sunday but they were supposed to debit me on a Friday or a Monday .Still haven’t been debited like I said they not reachable no one is there to assist nor give me answers. I DONT KNOW WHAT GAMES THEY PLAYING OR TRYING TO MAKE SURE THEY MAKE US BAD PAYERS N RUIN OUR CREDIT HISTORY

Worst Experience Ever with Rude Consultants and bad telephone Manners. Never in my life have I been spoke at . On the 15th of December 2025, my monthly payment on the rent to buy vehicle I took out with Flexi-Drive (43 Ingesol Avenue, Lynnwood Glen ,Pretoria ,0081) didn't go off my account until I then again received an SMS on the 15/02/2026 stating that the premium for December needs to be paid for manually . I then called their offices (***) and spoke to Innocentia who I then explained to that I would like to know if there is any payment arrangement that we can agree on for the missed payment . She transferred me to "John' who works at the finance department . Upon our exchange of pleasantries , I still asked him nicely to take a step back as I think we are starting off on a bad note . John's answer to me was "what bad note are you talking about ?" There has been moments where his rude responses would make me gasp for breath because I am not sure if this company even cares about its clients to begin with . There was a point where during the conversation , He said "I have told you the same thing 10 times " where as yes he has repeated himself in response to a question I had but He is so sure that just by telling me their processes , He was giving me an explanation , which is not the case . I asked him what the period of termination of contract is and he said "1month prior" then he added " as you are cancelling today 15th of Jan , we will still take another premium on the 15th Feb " My question still was why is that because a full month is the 15th Jan to the 15th of Feb . If you deduct the premium of Feb that means I am giving you a premium for free and I do not even have the car . He kept on repeating the deduction story instead of giving an explanation as to why . This interaction is besides my dissatisfaction with the way the debit their premium. On Each month from the day I started with them in 2024, I have not been debited on the agreed date . It will always be 3-4 days later , which restricts me to do other things . Although the matter is not resolved , I am not stopping here . Anyone that cares to listen will hear about this company . For now I need to file an official complaint with the Ombud because I do not dispute making up for the missed payment , Nor is it my fault that they had a system glitch and and debits didn't go through but honestly for a company that caters for us who are on Debt review and Blacklisted people, They know very well that we live on a tight budget . All I was asking for was a polite conversation with someone who would understand my dilemma and even if the outcome was the same as now, no problem . I am much more concerned with the John .His rudeness overshadows the disappointment I had for not reaching a solution . I do not say that everyone will experience this but I do not wish it upon my worst enemy .

I bought a car from Arnold Motors in Klerksdorp on 19 September 2025. From day one, I noticed that the front wheels were already worn out, and I told the salesperson I was not happy with them. He told me to drive the car and change the wheels later, saying I should “enjoy the car for now.” I trusted his word and took the car. But now, not even five weeks later, both front wheels are completely finished. Before I even went back to Arnold Motors, I complained to the salesperson on WhatsApp, and he simply referred me to Flexi Mobility. When I went back to Arnold Motors on 22 September, I was again told that it’s Flexi Mobility’s responsibility because they’re the ones who passed the roadworthy test — and that it’s not Arnold Motors’ problem. I am beyond frustrated with this back-and-forth blame game. I haven’t even started paying my first instalment, yet I’m already dealing with tyres that are completely worn out. To make matters worse, I was even given a verbal warning by a traffic officer because of the state of the tyres! How did Arnold Motors and Flexi Mobility even manage to pass the roadworthy test with tyres in such poor condition? This is dishonest, unsafe, and completely unacceptable. I need clear answers on who is responsible and who will replace these tyres, because as a customer, I’ve been treated unfairly and without any accountability.
