No assistance

Take hours to get to them since morning trying to get hold of them with no luck only at 12:30 a consultant by the name of Thokozile M respond however didn't help after telling her my wife is not working she tells me I must restart n switch if my router for 10 minutes , after telling her that I've been doing that she says she will escalated no effort or whats so ever to try to assist instead I'm now told to wait for 72 hrs which is ridiculous

Disrupted wifi

My network was working smooth until this morning agent. From Metro fibre came to install and I told him fibre was installed last year and everything is working smooth he said he needs to double check he had a machine I don't know what he did but since he left I had no connection since 8:30 I can't even get through them

Pathetic service

Unreachable through their contact details and WhatsApp they never responded to emails unless it’s premium. December got and email and sms telling me I misssed my premiums yet they never even attempted to debit, I then paid manually and send Proof of payment .Two days after they went and tried to debit my account due to insufficient funds it bounced . 😡😡 This leaves me with a bad credit history and raises deduction as it was a failed debit my Bank had to charge me took me two weeks to get hold of them . To top it up the consultant on emails and WhatsApp were rude , requested a call from management or upper hand up to this day I haven’t received that call. We in Jan My debit day is the 25th I understand it was on a Sunday but they were supposed to debit me on a Friday or a Monday .Still haven’t been debited like I said they not reachable no one is there to assist nor give me answers. I DONT KNOW WHAT GAMES THEY PLAYING OR TRYING TO MAKE SURE THEY MAKE US BAD PAYERS N RUIN OUR CREDIT HISTORY

Disgusted and need to cancel

It’s been 4 days without connection initially when I reported the matter they said it will take 24hrs to give feedback and restore it. Further on they said they have escalated to metro fibre for further assistance , called metro fibre they then said they have given back web Africa feed and the is nothing they see yet wen I reach out on web Africa they telling me they waiting for metro fibre

Poor service

It’s been 4 days without connection initially when I reported the matter they said it will take 24hrs to give feedback and restore it , getting hold of them is a hassle , when you finally get someone they take you to pillar to post no one assist every day I’m being told Spoke to their Agent Rita n was not assisting basically I must do follow up co they not seeing any fault

Unprofessional stuff and management

Food *****s stoneridge , service is thee worst they nit only their stuff but their management aswell We got der stood by the door for 10 minutes as we couldn’t find any seats not even one of their stuff cared to come an address us , until on lady called us to come sit where they were sitting because they saw we have been standing. I addressed the matter with their manager on duty he never bothered to show any sympathy nor apologise all he said was. ‘ mam what happened happened , let’s look for a way forward ‘ to top it up he had attitude
