Very good new and used car dealership. Nice central location which is easily accessible. There are a wide range of vehicles in stock. The staff are professional and very helpful. I was offered assistance as soon as I arrived. There is also secure parking on the premises. Worth visiting if interested in purchasing a new or used car.

Hi I went to Geely at Midrand to Deposit a Car for Rent to by and I got it and they signed the contract for three years and informed me that when I no longer need a Car I must inform them in three weeks, but to my surprise is that on Saturday morning I was told that we are here for the car but I was not informed in three weeks now, that we will come to take the car while I was paying it and I only jumped two weeks not paying as I was blocked and I was looking for a driver for the car so is that the way of treating us or what is it a good way of doing things with us without informing us that they will come to take the car or not in these date. Please I told them to bring my deposit back as I paid them and not being informed that they are coming to take the car back which is now a breach of contract.

My car was bough in 2013 (five years old), I've kept her up to date with all her services, only to find out a short while ago that Geely is no longer in South Africa, and that should your car need a part and it's not available in Johannesburg it needs to come from overseas and the wait can be up to three months! So now my work get's affected because I'm without a car to get to work and back and the same goes for getting my child to school and back! I am a single Mother who relies on no one but herself and when something like this happens, Geely can't even give me a car to drive for inconvenience cause, and thus I have to rely on lifts to work and help getting my son to school! End of March I had to order a new radiator, paid on the same day the quotation was sent to me and when I followed up with a call today, 5 April 2018, I was told the part was not ordered because they have not received proof of payment. So thus I'm without my car a third week due to a lack of bookkeeping s****s and lack of communication within departments, when payment was made the same day I put the order in!! Then to top that, my car no longer has book value!! Now how am I suppose to sell my car or even get a good trade in amount?? Best offer I can get is R40 000. Disgusting when car cost R109 000.00 paid in cash! What can I buy for R40 000?? and I do not do second hand cars. Because geely is no longer in SA am not forced to sell and get another car!!! As a single mother I can't afford a second hand car, not to even mentioned a new car!! I want to be compensated for inconvenience cause and expect Geely to make me an affordable offer for a car that no longer has book value in South Africa. I do not stand for poor service or lack of communication!! I have put up with much... the fact that I might have had to wait for a mud flap for three months if Johannesburg did not have stock is ridiculous!! I am not impressed!!

There is no back-up service. I am so sorry I ever purchased this vehicle.

No dealerships or parts back up in Nelspruit, and then when requiring parts, one is expected to pay the courier fees.

Pathethic service - don't even respond to emails.

I have Geely Mk hatch limited edition. I lost my keys and contacted Geely, whereby they assured me that it can be fixed and that it is not major problem, new key and coding. Thus they referred me to their accredited agent in Randburg, republic road, Gary. My dad took the vehicle took get fixed, as I was away for a while, when I received my vehilcle it was not fixed and my dad paid R12 000.00 to this idiot. I contacted Geely wereby they assessed vehicle and came to conclusion that R15 000.00 worth of damages was caused by their dealer. However they saying they will not take responsibility. The dealer in Randburg replaced the computer box for key replacement? This is not acceptable and now I have a vehicle that is not starting. This is the facts. Make up your own mind. DO NOT BUY A GEELY.

Every single time (not that many as my Geely is just the best ever!) I take my car to Centurion Lake Auto workshop when something is wrong, they are the most helpful anybody can ask for. They are always prepared to help immediately and the owner - Dries, mechanick Francois and all the other staff go out of their way to assist. Thank you!!!

I own a Geely 2012 MK GL sedan and it has been in for services. I have had no issues with either the car nor the service centre. They are prompt and friendly and took great care of my car. My car has given me no issues or problem in the 3 years I have it.

I drive a 2011 Geely CK with 43000 km on and full service history. In April of 2015 my car left me next to the road due to a gearbox malfunction. This is an automatic gearbox so the chances of over revving og scratching of gears is not possible. I had the car towed in to Gearbox exchange in Parow Cape Town as they said a diagnostic test would reveal what is wrong with he car as I had first gear and reverse. The diagnostic test did not show the problem and the gearbox had to be stripped.
On finding the problem we established that there is parts that needs to be imported from China as it could not be found in SA. Upon contacting Geely SA via e mail I received a reply from Mr John Killian. I had hoped that they would assist in getting the spares, but no luck. On contacting the spares department we were told that since they were not the original importers of Geely at that time they could not assist me and I should seek help elsewhere.
i contacted Mr Kilkian again via e mail and had no response.
Tracked a company in Midrand that import spares and they could help with one part of the said spares and they sent numerous e mails to Geely Int to get the other part but NEVER received a resp
