<p>I was scammed by Capital Bridge . I received emails from Christopher Bonner, Robert S Jaconski and Andy Howe offering a work from home. I cancelled my employment with them and sent them receipts of costs I had incurred on their behalf. I sent them many emails, tried their (fake) phone number, but to no avail. Thank goodness I never gave them any vitally important personal information. These work from home solicitors are nothing more than scams thought up by devious crooks who have nothing better to do than to prey on the honest because they are to evil and lazy to do an honest days' work themselves.</p>
I own a Geely 2012 MK GL sedan and it has been in for services. I have had no issues with either the car nor the service centre. They are prompt and friendly and took great care of my car. My car has given me no issues or problem in the 3 years I have it.
On Tuesday I phoned and spoke to Juliana to arrange for a char to come on Friday. Assuming all was booked, I waited for the char to arrive on Friday. After her not having arrived, I called the offices and spoke to Tino. He told me that Juliana had not made the booking as arranged but he would send someone if I could just wait about an hour. I waited the requested hour and when she did not arrive I call Tino again. He acted all surprised and said \she hasn't arrived
This company is a total joke. I called on Friday morning to arrange a char for Saturday. I spoke to Nonhlanhla who took my details and said she would sms me all the information with invoice and I would reply with my address. At 3pm I called her to say that I had not received anything from her yet. She said she was busy organising someone for me and that I need to pay the company R200 and then pay the char R200 when she came. I asked her why I must pay R400? She went off on a tangent about nothing, half I could not understand and again I asked why I must pay R400? Then she said, don't worry about paying the company, just pay the char R200 tomorrow. I confirmed with her the time the char would arrive and she confirmed 7h30. Saturday morning comes and at 9am I get a call from the char asking how far I am from where she is. I told her sorry, she was supposed to come at 7h30, I was on my way out. Really !!!
FNB Credit card division and retentions, now there's a bunch of idiots manning the phones there! 31st August I call for settlement amount and request credit card to be cancelled once paid. 31st August, I pay settlement amount. 2 September, credit card account fee, facility fee and interest on the account are charged. Since 1 September to 18 September I have been calling to get this issue sorted out whereby I advise that the account was settled yet these fees and charges have gone through and the account is not closed. I am told by every moron I speak to that it will get taken care of, someone will phone me. Nobody has phoned me and I call again on 18 September to find out why this has not been taken care of and I get told that this matter will be escalated. One would think that the escalation will take place on day 1 of this FNB epic blunder. I say here and now, FNB credit card, you will never get those fees and charges paid. As you debit my cheque account to pay these fees, I will take it straight back and this can go on until you idiots wake up!
MTN is the worst! I had a 2 year contract with them which expired in April 2015. May and June they debited my bank account. When I eventually got through to someone, I was told that the account was not closed. I advised that the contract had expired! Oh no, but I have to call in and cancel the contract. I advised that I could not access any airtime and data on the phone and thereby assumed the contract was done. No, airtime was loaded and thereby I was debited. I asked to have the contract cancelled and the R200 refunded. No I have to go into a store to sort out the refund. I said no thanks, please let me speak to a manager. I was then hung up on. When I try to call back, I sit on the phone for 20 minutes with no answer. I will never use MTN if they are the last company on earth and I will never recommend them either. Crooks!
