Petworld & Groomworld Roodepoort Princess Crossing *Terrible Service* Went in on Friday 19 Jan to make a booking for 2 Angora rabbits to be groomed and had their nails clipped the same day. The booking was for 9am Monday 22 Jan. The Sunday prior to our appointment we just received an sms that our appointment was canceled and that we need to reschedule. We called on Monday 22 January and rescheduled for Saturday 26 January. Asked why our appointment was canceled and was told that they don't have answers and will investigate. Today we went in for the new appointment and the receptionist could not assist and went to ask Sarah for assistance, Sarah called me to the till where she was standing saying that she doesn't know whether the groomer as a blade and that they will only be able to do the nails. It told her that the nails was already done and that we have already rescheduled. She did not have any explanation for the pathetic service. I informed my partner that I would rather find a competent place to have them groomed and walked out. The receptionist has no clue what's going on and Sarah (supposedly the manager) is extremely rude and has no client service etiquette. I buy from this store on a monthly basis and even bought both my rabbits there. I have never received such bad service having to travel up and down with animals in this heat just for incompetent people being unable to assist. I will never support pet world or groom world again nor would I suggest anyone making use of this store and their services.

On Friday 14th August 2015 Groom World -Clubview- Centurion collected my 3 dogs for a wash/grooming. at 11H08 my husband received a call from Esme (shop manager) saying that they had a \little"accident: they had a problem with the hot water mixer and Keno(our border collie) had got a little burn behind his leg/under his tail. My husband asked them to take the dog to our Vet as we were both at work. Our Vet had just closed so they took the dog to Bakenkop Animal Clinic. At around 11H30 i received a call from the Vet saying that the dog parlour had brought them our dog for a little burn but the damage was much more extensive:.the tummy"

After having a horrible experience at a Grooms World branch in Rooihuiskraal my husband contacted Grooms World Clubview for assistance. What a wonderful and helpful experience! The receptionist informed us to bring our dog immediately and that they will assist while I wait. ( This after walking out at other doggy parlour for horrible service) Upon arrival my dog was calm, happy. The service received was unbeatable. Not only were they more than helpful but they went the extra mile in assisting my dog immediately. This all for wanting to please the client and help! Even though no appointment was made. I was more than willing to wait but the lady assisting would have none of it and wanted to assist upon hearing about our horrible experience at Grooms World Rooihuiskraal. Even though this parlor is quite out of our way I will definitely only make use of it. I would also recommend all dog / animal lovers who in future want to make use of them to give them a try. For the owner of the business I would like to inform them that they have an AMAZING receptionist/lady in charge. Friendly, helpful and a real peoples person...even more a real dog person! Thanks a million!!

As per telephonic appointment our dog was scheduled for an appointment the following day. Upon arrival 20min prior to appointment, I was informed that I will be phoned when the dog will be ready for collection.<br> As I prefer to wait (our dog is one of our children) I inquired how long it will take. The young lady informed me that he will only be done later the afternoon. His appointment was for 10:30. Therefore he had to be caged for the whole day till the afternoon. This is unacceptable and ridiculous. Why did I therefore have to make an appointment?? Surely when one makes a hair appointment or Doctors appointed you are not informed to wait for a couple of hours then are seen to. I informed the lady that i would prefer to wait for my dog as he is very nervous and I could see his reaction when shoved (yes shoved) into the cage. She was extremely unhelpful and even had the audacity to inform me that they received a lot of bookings that morning. Not my problem! I booked in advance.. She then informed me that I could bring him later that afternoon then. Where on earth is the client service?? I made an appointment!! My husband phoned the owner to complain. No answer...
