Think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership. What they say and what they do is two different things. Do you homework before you walk into the dealership, cause when the deal is signed, there were always be other stories. Good Luck , you will never see me again!

I have never seen such an unprofessional, selfish people ever. If you are looking for a car, do not go to Jaeco and Omoda Fourways. Their sales reps only care about sales and they lie to you so that you just agree. They first **** about when I will receive my car as it was going to be transported to PE. Imagine, I was going to start a new place, in a new environment that do not have transportation. In order for me to get the truth on when I will get the car, I had to call the deliver company and they assisted and I got the car a week later. Even after that they gave me run around to register the car up until I got a ticket from the traffick!! Oooh that Boitumelo women is a **** including their manager instead of solving the problem, he will just keep on making excuse for his sales rep. Even for my gift that I was supposed to get in November, it is still not sent or delivered and it is month end February now and the woman is just not doing anything. If you want a better car dealership, Omoda Fourways is really not a place to go too because they don’t care about the person but only care about making sales.

If you want a professional, reliable and good customer care and people who care about your time, this branch is not the one. I normally dealt with Omoda in Menlyn and I always received excellent service. I had the worst experience here. I took my car in for a service at 8:00am yesterday. I waited for a long time for a driver to come take me to work. I ended up taking an uber, no one cared whether I left or not. I was then informed there was a delay due to some system issue to load a claim with cherry but the car would be ready by end of business (this was around 10am). I got worried because it was now 5:30pm and google was saying they close at 6:00pm and started calling frantically. No one was picking up. They only called me back at 17:49 to say the car was now ready. I live 30min away and said I’ll be on my way. I was told that’s on me they won’t wait for me and I’ll get my car tomorrow at 7:00am. That time I had work commitments early the next day. If you listen to that phone call you will hear how non-chalant that lady was and how she was making it my fault (ask me how). Blaming this or that person. It was 17:50, I could’ve been there at 18:20 latest, but no. They couldn’t wait. (I’ve had other service centres wait for me for an hour when it was THEIR fault by the way). When I came in today to fetch the car, no apology or some kind of remorse. I was being pointed at by different staff members when I said I’m there to collect the car, with giggles. I didn’t even understand why. Until another Indian gentleman came to take the number plate and actually assist. This is a sanitised version of how that phone call and collection went, it’s actually much worse. The lies on the phone call etc. I’m going back to Pretoria. Never been made to feel so small in my life. I am not looking for some template response, I am venting and giving other Omoda customers a heads up about this branch.

Between omoda jaeco fourways and Mazda Fourways, I don't know which one it is since they seem to be owned by the company and in proximity to each other. The customer service there is bad!! They are not forthcoming and do not return calls.

I had a horrible experience with the salesman, Shivar. Initially things were going well, the problem started when my car was delivered without the gift, I asked about it and was told that it will be couriered to me. This happened in April, I followed up with Shivar and he ignored my messages and calls yet before I got the car, he was very responsive. I had to call the dealership directly multiple times before I got the gift, I got the gift this week, in June! Horrible service from Shivar. I would not recommend.

I had a horrible experience with the salesman, Shivar. Initially things were going well, the problem started when my car was delivered without the gift, I asked about it and was told that it will be couriered to me. I initially had some challenges when trying to buy a car through one of the salespeople, but I was referred to Prudent, and everything changed for the better. She did such a sterling job! Prudent guided me through the entire process with professionalism and care, answering all my questions and making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. Thanks to her incredible assistance, I managed to get my car within just 2 days, and I couldn’t be happier. Hi , I bought my car at Omoda Fourways in January this year with an extended warranty , I saw the car online and went to check it and indeed I found it , when I got there i viewed the car and liked it and went for a test drive with the sales person and my friend , and while test driving, the car made a sound of which at the time I thought was break pads and I asked the sales person if he can hear it and he said yes he can, but I should not not worry because the will be serviced before I come for collection anyway so that sound will be taken care of . I then proceeded with the purchase and I was told to come back two days later which was Saturday the 20th to come fetch the car , when in arrived on the time we had arranged the car was not even ready yet, long story short I finally was called to get the keys , however the car still needed service and they had not serviced it as promised, they then told me to leave with it then bring it back in for service the following weekend , as I was driving home the car was making that very sound I complained about when test driving and it also had a key pad problem, when I returned the car, I told them all those problems and I was assured that all will be taken care of . Came back later that afternoon to fetch the car ,key pad not fixed and I asked and they said it’s probably a battery problem and they changed it right while I was waiting, then I asked was the sound I told them about taken care of and they say to me “ma’am your car is good to go”. Not long after leaving I realised the sound was not taken care of , so I just left as it was too late , drove the car for about three months with the sound still bothering me then I decided to call them and let them know , I was told to bring the car back in so they can check . Went out for a test drive with one of the mechanics and he told me that he will check the car if there are any parts that need to be ordered for replacement they will order and let me when to bring the car back in , whilst still there I asked one of the guy who is from the service department, if there any extra costs should they need to fix the car as M on an extended warranty, and he says to me no “dnt worry about that your plan covers that” . Left my car on a Saturday and Monday morning I get a call from the guy saying he has a quotation for me, then I told him I do not understand anyway because M fetching the car he will explain everything to me upon my arrival, when I arrive they told me its my front right shock meaning it’s a wear and tear, therefore my plan will not cover it and I will have to pay for the part and service , then I continue to ask how is it a wear and in just four months especially for a part that can last so long and it’s also a pre existing problem that I was assured was going to be fix , then the guy rudely says to me it’s way past his nock off time and if I want to follow it up I can go take it up with management or whoever told me the problem will be fixed, at that time I was getting worked up as i was communicating with him all this time and I asked and told me he does not even remember saying any of those things and what they serviced was on record and what i was telling was not therefore was invalid, as we were taking, one of the managers came out and asked me to explain and I did just that , he than took my contacts and promised to conduct an investigate and to call the next day with an answer, he did as promised however told me again that my plan does not cover and m sitting with a car that has a pre existing issue that they promised to take care of and did not.
