Despite multiple attempts to update my banking details and submitting proof of payment, the issue persists. I have even added a new account number in the past, yet no action has been taken. This is the worst service provider, my wife got ****med through sim swop and we engaged on the matter at their in store to resolve this unfortunately the suspect is still contacting our contacts and asks for money, even though we were promised that the sim swop will kick him out, freaked hell!!!

I am quite saddened and annoyed with Bankmed. I took out a pair of glasses last year with medical savings available and the time and Torga did verify that the savings were available and allocated for the purchase of the new glasses, now I learnt that they had reversed the funds from Torga and didn't even bother to inform myself and Torga. Torga made the discovery in the past weeks that Bankmed had reversed the funds and that I must now paying the amount of R8900 to Torga. What's disgusting about this whole situation is the fact that Bankmed didn't have even the decency to inform both parties about this situation and I am now required to pay these funds, it's absolutely shocking.
My claim was processed smoothly with no hustle. Thank you team for your efforts keep up the good work
Its been over 6 weeks since I have waited for my claim and everything was timeously with SARS, the hold up has been with AF 🤷♂️ you seriously put people's lives in jeopardy with your lack of emergency, what is wrong with you? We have bills to settle and interest is compounding up, truly this is not fair.
