Think twice before buying a vehicle from this dealership. What they say and what they do is two different things. Do you homework before you walk into the dealership, cause when the deal is signed, there were always be other stories. Good Luck , you will never see me again!
Not a very Happy Chappy at this moment. Waiting for URGENT delivery from TEMU. First Time that its been delivered by GFS Express. According to Temu Website, its out for delivery here in Emalahleni. When I'm Try the GFS website to track the Parcel, there is not such a Parcel Nr. No telephone Number, no Comunication, when i spoke to an online agent, in order for them to track my Parcel I need to pay another R65.00. Temu, you going to loose a lot of customers in South Africa if you use this GFS Company

Well Done Moloko Mathabathe, Yesterday morning i needed some road assistant on the N4 between Nelspruit and Kanyamazane. I phoned Discovery Insure to see if they can assist. This lady helped me so much, was friendly and very helpful, Discovery Insure you've got a diamond in this lady (Moloko) In 5min there was tow truck to help and problem were solved. Thank You very much, really Appreciate! That is the reason i will never move to another Insurance company!
Received very poor service from this guy called Johan, House painted and small construction work to be done for the amount of R50k. Paint is not even 6 months on, already peeling from wall and all the cracks is coming through. Job that was supposed to be finished in December, still not done. Everytime when i phone, there is an excuse, really getting tired of this now. Worst service ever!! If you read this Johan please come in Contact with me, you know who i am. Otherwise i will take further steps.
Parcel was send to me from Cape Town (Wednesday 20 March 2024) Paid R500 for delivery, normally take 3 days from Cape Town to Witbank. Stock arrived on monday 25 March in Witbank at 15h24. Yesterday (Wednesday tried to phone the store in Witbank, nobody is Picking up the Phone. Phoned Head Office, they also tried for 10min without any success. Eventualy they put me through to the Area Manager. Explained the whole story to him, in 5 mins the manager from the store phoned me back, and said they are very busy, but will deliver before 17h00 (Wednesday) Now its Thursday 10h45, nothing.... Nobody at store answer the phone, Head Office not willing to give me the Area Manager Telephone Nr. Never ever again will i Use the Courier Guy Witbank. - Pathetic.
Please Standard Bank, teach your people how to answer a phone and please tell them how the operating system works, Been struggling now for 3 days to increase my limit, i need to pay out a big amount, and seems to me that all the Private Bankers is on a course, nobody to assist them, I've never experienced such bad service from Standard Bank, I've got two accounts, other one was settled in one day when i asked for Increase Limit. I think the best way to go forward is closing the bank account and taking my money somewhere where they want to help people. Disgusting!!
I would like the give Standard Bank Private Banker Ms Lindokhule Mdluli a huge compliment, as a Business Manager I am very impressed with the service that we’ve received from this lady. She goes above and beyond giving her best to help us with every detail and help that we needed. She helped all the members of their company to do everything online, first time, right time. That just shows the compassion and dedication she has for her clients. Well done Lindo. The service provided by her embody the values of the bank itself and show why standard bank is the best bank ever.
