Bad!!!!
Very dissappointed with this company's service and product. Product didnt last after 1 printing, then the print faded terribly next printing was blank. I dont recommend this company. I emailed them for help, explaining the issue and they never responded. Will never buy from them again.

Bad!!!!

Quick delivery and working great.
Quick delivery and working great. I bought their generic Drum and Toner for my Brother HL-5350DL on 3 April 2023, delivered on 5 April 2023. Worth noting that’s CPT to CPT shipping though, so I would expect it to take a day or two longer to JBG. The Drum and Toner is working 100% as expected :) no complaints. The construction of the generics is a bit cheaper feeling that the originals, but that’s expected, and I have no complaints considering the original Brother drum and toner would have cost me +/-R5000, while their generic toner and drum was only R650 combined. I don’t know about you, but spending 5k on a 15year old printer makes no sense to me when you can buy a new Brother for that amount. So, their cheaper offerings are keeping the old printer in service :) Overall, very happy, will be buying from them again.

Brilliant Service from Inksaver
I purchased a number of Black and one set of color cartridges for my Brother printer on the 31/01/2023. I received a partial delivery only on the 01/02/2023. When I queried this with Kaylene, I was told that they were out of stock with my 2 X 3 pack black cartridges but delivered a set to me as they did not want me to run out of ink. The balance of my order is being delivered today or tomorrow. This is absolutely amazing and impressive service. Jeff Stern

Brilliant Service from Inksaver

cartridges don't fit despite company claims they do
ORD.IONL2019 customer IONL2019 ... For once I order non HP cartridges ... and immediately I get punished so it seems ??? I have emailed you people 3 times, I have filled in a complaint online form, I have tried to call you now multiple times. But nowhere you pick up a phone nor do you respond to any form or emails ??? The issue is that A. the little piece of paper that had to be pulled ? broke of straight away !!! ... hence half is now still stuck in the cartridge. Then I tried to (despite the pc of paper) to fit the cartridge in my machine ... BUT B. YOUR cartridge is a tad too big maybe a few millimeters. As per your website stated ... I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!! It states 30 days guarantee .... money back etc. I am more than within these 30 days. I will not rest and keep on harassing you until re refund me.

Great service, products and delivery
We have used InkSaver for years. Their service is consistently good, products are great quality and delivery is fast. They also sometimes throw sweets into our orders. They definitely go the extra mile for good service.

Order not delivered and when you call them to enquire they say they will call you back but they don't call. Just write off the money you pay them as they clearly avoid customers once they have taken their money.

Massive saving
Massive savings, super quick delivery, generic ink cartridges work like a charm. So happy I didn’t waste money on overly priced HP cartridges!! Will order from Inksaver again and again.
