Bad communication. I have cancelled and changed a few numbers all from underneath contract basis. The two premature cancellations have been paid long ago. Proof of payment has been sent to retentionscancellations.cssprod@vodacom.co.za and all other required forms. WITH the request to confirm receipt of my email and a confirmation that ALL debit orders have been taken off my bank account, so I can close my bank account (in order to save money) ... Why is it so difficult for a company in the 'COMMUNICATION BUSINESS' !!! To confirm what a client is asking??
Upon having a PCR test done.... since my spouse was tested POSITIVE!!! It is the wisest thing to do to also have a test done. I had to pay on the spot, R 850 to be more precise. Pathcare confirmed that Discovery would pay for this!!! Having presented the test and statement to you. YOU DISCOVERY came back that a provider had to give authorization for having this PCR test done. So I contacted my GP... Dr Formica (based in Port Alfred)... She gave you her practice number and a QR code. AND STILL, you are refusing to pay? WHY???? WHAT MORE DO I NEED TO DO??
Upon seeing my Cardiologist, further tests had to be done. One of them was an extra Echo.... Why is this not being paid for????
I specifically ordered things that YOUR claims to be in stock!!!! Ordered and paid on June 25th !!! Now waiting and waiting I see an expected delivery time for July 7th???? Why the wait? tells me. We are waiting for one or more items to arrive from our supplier. We will ship your order once all your items are ready. What the F*CK is wrong with you people??? You apparently have a more than lousy system to keep your stock up-to-date
One of your segments has been messing with my W10 PC. I wanted the Avast AntiTrack Premium... As soon as I had installed it? My PC started acting up :( ... At first, my PC needed a thorough check-up. Which has been done now multiple times and time and time again the same error keeps popping up (check-up that I have paid for if I may add :(. Today I have finally found out why this error keeps popping up. It is the Avast AntiTrack Premium!! I have installed and reinstalled... and lo and behold I get a warning that my PC is at RISK installing this segment. Needless to say, I am more than dissatisfied with this. My Subscription only ends Sept. 2021. I think it is no more than fair that you reimburse me for at least half the amount spend!!
G'day :) I live one hour drive away from my nearest Pick n Pay, where I usually do my monthly shopping, being Grahamstown. I live in the small Karoo. Going through the specials and whatnot before setting off the 1-hour drive to said shop. I was very pleased and excited to see that Pick n Pay had coffee syrups again. I am a caffeine addict and like' every now and again, a bit of flavour added to my black coffee. I know I live too far away for delivery service and stuff, so I had opted for the click and collect options. Arriving at the store there was not ONE bottle there !! I think you can imagine my disappointment. I also emailed the Grahamstown shop, with a screenshot of my order. 6 Bottles of three flavours in total. No one has replied to my email. G'day ... I have placed an order with Take-a-lot.com as I know them for the super fast delivery time and excellent "after sales" should there be a problem. I ordered a generator .... I can only assume like many other people. I can understand the concept "payment up front" But ya claim on your website a certainly policy as in delivery time. I have paid on Jan 2nd, Expected delivery is now Feb 14th. Sp that's 3 weeks !!! In other words You are sitting on MY money collecting interest basically. right ? And we talking close to R 10.000...... I expect some form of compensation for this delay .... like let me choose a cheapish item ? Or a small discount ?? to name only two things
I simply cannot get into contact with you it seems over the internet ??? I have trouble hearing with what your agents are saying as I just can't hear properly. Hence calling a contact center is no option.Visiting my nearest Vodacom shop is also not an option as that is 200 KM single way. This concerns Vodacom number 0722709419. My plastic Vodacom SIM plastic got stolen, hence I have now lost my SIM card number. I had the Vodacom app on my cellphone. I worked fine till a few days ago ..... then it stopped working ??? Since I have "lost" my SIM number I can no longer activate this app :( .... Ah yes I have also tried you TOBi bot to connect me through to an online agent but that never seems to work ??? Please advise urgent how to proceed now. I have 4 contracts with Vodacom of which 2 with big data deals on them (one of them is 80 GB 072 2709419) , I need to monitor my data somehow. ORD.IONL2019 customer IONL2019 ... For once I order non HP cartridges ... and immediately I get punished so it seems ??? I have emailed you people 3 times, I have filled in a complaint online form, I have tried to call you now multiple times. But nowhere you pick up a phone nor do you respond to any form or emails ??? The issue is that A. the little piece of paper that had to be pulled ? broke of straight away !!! ... hence half is now still stuck in the cartridge. Then I tried to (despite the pc of paper) to fit the cartridge in my machine ... BUT B. YOUR cartridge is a tad too big maybe a few millimeters. As per your website stated ... I WANT MY MONEY BACK !!!! It states 30 days guarantee .... money back etc. I am more than within these 30 days. I will not rest and keep on harassing you until re refund me.
