AVOID KERATING LAB - DONT BUY PRODUCTS ONLINE FROM THIS PLACE
I ordered and paid for a product on 09 July I have send 2 emails to follow up - no reply I have phoned 3 times - nobody phones back Today apparently everyone is in meeting until 11 o'clock Communication is important. Ignoring customers is terrible & Shocking. This is the worst online shop I have ever dealt with. Service is beyond shocking Avoid Avoid Avoid Be warned. Thanks

Bad service!
I had the worst experience with hair stylist Gabeeba. The service I asked for was a colour and a cut. The stylist that applied the dye to my hair informed me it should be on my hair for 30 minutes. It was on my hair for longer than 30 minutes and I asked Gabeeba if it shouldn’t be rinsed off as it’s been on my hair for longer than 30 minutes & pieces of my hair was starting to get hard. She then gave me a whole lot of attitude and sarcasm saying “my darling I won’t over process your hair and don’t worry I won’t let your hair fall out” her tone and attitude just put me off and all I did was keep quiet and said okay. Thereafter she had a different stylist wash my hair. And she took over, as she was drying my hair she had asked what I did with my hair before & I explained to her. She then gave me attitude saying I want to be my own hairdresser at home but complain about colour being on my hair for more than 30 minutes… Anyway, I still didn’t mention anything explained to her I did not bleach my hair before coming to the salon and she kept insisting I did. Yes, right enough my hair is in a bad state but I am the client and the stylist has no right to make me feel stupid and give me attitude and be sarcastic with me if I’m going to ask them a question. I’m paying for a service at the end of the day. I then asked to have my hair cut into layers. She then asks me how I style my hair at home & I informed her I don’t style my hair & she looks at me and tells me “so why am I cutting your hair into layers” Just overall I feel like the whole experience with that specific stylist wasn’t pleasant, her whole attitude changed after I asked her a simple question in the nicest way possible and all she could talk about was how damaged my hair is and made me feel stupid. No matter what the client tells you or asks you, you have no right to speak to a client in that way. Or belittle them. I just wanted to also mention I asked for a ash brown hair colour and currently my hair is BLACK. Definitely won’t be going there again.

Bad service!

Keratin Lab, excellence guaranteed
Very modern setting, with such friendly and highly experienced staff. Stylist (Gabby) was extremely professional and competent, and established good repoir with myself as well as my young daughter. Also good advice given for longterm hair care, with a good knowledge of the products for sale. Also really excellent after-sales service which is always a huge bonus Am definitely going back

MK treatments @ Keratin Lab
Always great service and advice. MK treatments are a life saver!!! The stylist has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and I completely trust her judgement.

Home away from home
The best in the business!!! She saved my and my pocket. My stylist the owner, her professionalism is unmatched. She give you a consult, she gives you options as per your budget and you Get to decide. She’s amazing all round. Keratin Lab has been my place of letting all my amour down and just being completely me, no judgment! That’s why it’s one of my favorite places. Having your hair be in the most amazing state is a bonus. Thank you Gabs and Keratin lab for always making me feel like I can take on the world again when leaving the studio. Ps now with new covid regulations, their hygiene and safety for their clients is next level! Proud of you.

I have personally only received exceptional service and advice regarding the maintenance of my hair at Keratin Lab. I find my stylist (the Owner) to be professional and well informed and would recommended anyone to try Keratin Lab out for themselves. I've been a client for more than 6 years and they never seem to disappoint.

Poor results on hair treatment
Keratin Lab Hair salon, in maitland gave me poor results and the owner was very unprofessional. I did not see the results in my hair as the expensive product was applied incorrectly.
