We are supposed to be in the age of technology, designed to make our lives easier... not more stressful. What a useless internet banking team that cannot figure out what is wrong with my profile after resetting so many times. Going through all sorts of security questions designed for safety... but making the client feel like a criminal trying to hack your own account!!! I mean really??? QR code’s, reset passwords, fingerprint access and OTP and still I cannot access my accounts? And then they give you the assurance that it will be sorted by COB and then they don’t call you back for days. I have had it. Oh. And this isn’t the first time I have had fraud related enquiries because of their incompetence.
We had family and friends from Durban who we wanted to spoil as they do have good seafood in Durban and having been to this restaurant quite a few times and usually having good food and service, I am quite disgusted by the terribly racist experience I had yesterday. We were told to wait for a table after already making a reservation, and then be put at two separate tables because of social distancing s they claimed. However, at another 1 or 2 long tables with about 10-15 white patrons who were sitting so close together they could smell each other’s breath... there was no social distances whatsoever. In this day and age to still have managers of restaurants who give preference to white people when our money’s value is all the same!!! Our bill came to R2650 so I don’t see how we are any different from others and what a way to welcome tourists to Cape Town!!!!! Diagusting!
Had my husband’s birthday dinner at Blowfish restaurant and boy were we disappointed with not only the service but the food was pathetic to say the least. And for the prices they charge.. our bill was just under R3500 for 9 people. Let me say that we are no strangers to fine dining... so the expectation was that we would get quality. Fillet mignon was horrible with sweet potato crisps that were soft and soggy and no presentation whatsoever. Thai green curry disgusting. I will NEVER be going to eat there again.
I booked a Caviar Luxury Spa treatment for my birthday thinking that would be the best gift I could give myself... oh was I horribly wrong! The worst spa experience ever!!!! It was more like a ba*****t special.... 1. 5 minutes into the start of my treatment the hotel has load-shedding (but only in the spa section of the hotel?) 1. It was cold, dark and there was absolutely no zen 3. Construction going on somewhere in the hotel.. all I heard was banging and drilling 4. Caviar facial???!!! What caviar? R2200 for 4 treatments, I’ve had R199 massages that were way more pleasurable than what I got Needless to say I will NEVER go there again.
My mom got a call from On Air saying they were DSTV and had an amazing deal to upgrade to Explora for R160 and not pay subscription fees for 24 months. Sounded too good to be true so she had them call me and I was basically told the same thing and I asked: What is the catch? None they told me. She signed up, they delivered the decoder and she waited for the installer to contact her. In the meantime the DSTV subs went off and she was in shock. Then their R160 went off. She called and asked me to assist as well as she didn’t understand everything they were saying. Basically they are f??????!!! liars who scam people to sign up for **** they don’t need and some can’t afford. Been trying to cancel for weeks now.. speak to consultants who are blatantly rude and inconsiderate. Won’t refund and then to add insult to injury they added another debit order for a WiFi hotspotter for R149 per month for someone who doesn’t even know how to use the internet!!!! Does this make sense? Someone must be held accountable for this!!!! Please help!?
Very bad customer service when it comes to refunds and returns. Quick to take your money and deliver goods when purchasing but told a million reasons why they cannot replace an item. We as the customers don’t know or care where the item is sold.. we purchase it through takealot so they should replace the item even though the supplier may be different. I have no dealings with the supplier.
Always great service and advice. MK treatments are a life saver!!! The stylist has been doing my hair for a couple of years now and I completely trust her judgement.
Horrible customer service and terrible attitude of consultants and managers. My QLED smart TV decided to start giving problems at exactly 24 months old. I called beginning of December to query and the consultant did a reset of my entire TV. A week and a half later I called again and was told my TV is out of warranty, so I demanded they refer to my previous queries. I was given a time frame of Friday 3 January (due to public holidays) and when I called yesterday I was told that they are short-staffed and a technician can only come to me on Thursday 9 January. This wasn't acceptable and I asked for someone to call me to fix the situation. A few hours later I got a call telling me that a technician would call me today to arrange an appointment. Its now 12.37 and no one has contacted me yet. I called a few minutes ago and was told that I just must wait till the technician phones me as they call 1 hour prior to call out. So my question is when will this happen... an estimated time would suffice. I had plans with my kids that now have to be cancelled due to their lack of communication and absolute no care in the world attitude. I own many Samsung products around the house, but I will most definitely not be buying Samsung in the future!
Worst customer service of all!!! We pay them ****loads of money to watch the same **** over and over , but when it comes to correcting their mistakes they make you feel responsible and I have yet to get hold of someone competent enough to resolve my complaint. I want my refund for a cancellation of subscription that they claim wasn’t carried out correctly.
Salesman at Mercedes Benz Culemborg sold us a car and because he had access to our personal details and financial records, used this as an opportunity to defraud us. He told my husband that his daughter was seriously ill and desperately needed to borrow some money. My husband obviously felt sorry for him and borrowed the money to him. My husband called him for weeks after that and every time he had a better excuse as to why he didn't have the money. Shortly afterward, we found out that he had left Mercedes Benz Culemborg without notice. According to assistant manager they eventually tracked him down and repossessed their car. We are in the unfortunate position as we only know his name: Warren Sloan I have asked that Mercedes help by giving his particulars in order to lodge a criminal case against him. I wonder how many other people have fallen victim to this type of fraud, because of financial institutions and their corrupt staff? If anyone has any advice to offer - please contact me urgently ********** 204.
