FNB Business Bank deserves minus 1 million stars. I am told on the phone my card is active and working and then its not. Holding on time is extrmely long. Agents interrupst while customers are talking. Authentication with agent took 12 minutes. Worst bank in the universe.

If there was a minus million stars this is what they should get. ++++ from the billing department put the phone down in clients ears and then let them hold on for more than 30 minutes when they call back immediately as he is in a short 10 minute meeting. +++++ takes more than 3 hours and dont respond on logged tickets. ++++ also brings clients under the wrong impression and if he is confronted, he says he cant remember. Shocking shocking shocking. This is how a customer of 10 years is treated. Wow.</div>
The new Shomax app is very frustrating. Why is there no previous seasons of Binnelanders. I was still busy watching the old series on Showmax app and was forced to download the new app and now I cant continue watching. Please put the previous seasons of Binnelanders back on Showmax App!!!!!
FNB BUSINESS WORST BANK EVER I have a problem with excessive bank charges on my business account. I don't have an overdraft facility and I have to write on Hello Peter as I have phoned the bank 3 times without success. The first consultant refused to understand or lodge a dispute and the second time the phone was put down in my ear. I made a deposit into my account on 19 January which was a cash deposit. I then came home and did EFT payment after the deposit - PLEASE NOTE I CAN'T DO A EFT IF THERE IS NOT AVAILABLE BALANCE TO DO EFT. However, I was charged R155 x 6 and R155 again and R155 again for no funds, so I paid in excess of R900 bank charges. Wow, this is terrible, and even more terrible that I am not even allowed to dispute it. It's shocking. Thanks
I ordered and paid for a product on 09 July I have send 2 emails to follow up - no reply I have phoned 3 times - nobody phones back Today apparently everyone is in meeting until 11 o'clock Communication is important. Ignoring customers is terrible & Shocking. This is the worst online shop I have ever dealt with. Service is beyond shocking Avoid Avoid Avoid Be warned. Thanks
Hirschs Hillcrest service is terrible. The staff is rude. The "manager" doesnt introduce himself. The staff is playing the music so loud in the store - its insanity. A lady staff member who also disnt introduce herself shouts at staff members I have supported this store for many years but will not continue to do it anymore. If you want to experience customer service and treatment at its worst visit Hirsch's Hillcrest. The manager is so extremely rude he shouted at me whilst I was walking out that I shouldnt threaten him - it was as if he was showing off in front of staff. Whilst I was talking to cashier other staff members interrupts and talk while I am talking. They refer to me the customer in the third person - "her" whilst I am standing in the shop... Terrible & disgusting.
Nedbank - Nedbank is the worst bank to deal with when it comes to FICA. They don't even deserve one star. They have been processing Fica for a week and my card is still blocked. Reported the matter to branch manager at Hillcrest branch who has also been unable to resolve the matter. All Fica docs has been handed in twice and fingerprints has been done twice yet the Fica status stays as verification pending...…...its a nightmare to say the very least. No solution is in sight.
Good day I please want to warn all consumers to not use this company They are the worst company on the planet to deal with, in fact it is easier to purchase items from Hong Kong or other overseas destinations. UBA CORPORATE GIFTS - run their business without integrity or customer service. If they don't have the items in stock you order and pay for online, they simply substitute the product with whatever they do have, no communication. 3 weeks down the line and my query is not resolved. Its theft, they keep money and send you items you don't want and cant use. As for Mohammed from UBA Gifts - he has such a shocking attitude, and is so arrogant, his response on the phone is - please shout and swear at me until you feel better - no idea since when that is how you deal with customers. As for Thabang - he promised me a refund & even after sending him bank details its not forthcoming and no communication. please I am warning and urging anybody out there not to trust or use these scammers. Dion account was handed to VVM. I settled the account in full with VVM. I am unable to obyain a paid up letter from RCS. I habe fwd confirmation frm VVM to recoveries@rcs a million times. The service is shovkimg. O get no sensible reply - rcs just sends ny own email back to me. WHAT IS THE PHONE NUMBER FOR RECOVERIES DEPT!!! I Demand my paid up letter immediately & I need all credit breaus updated RIGHT NOW. I am not gping to wait and trust the bunch of clowns at RCS as they are liars! They took my money amd dont care to help me with a letter and credit bureau update. I cant get any confirmation paperwork from your terrible company. I am loosing my mind as I have wasted hours yo try and resolve wothout success.
During Nov 2014 I received a sms to update FICA. Before I could even visit branch (1 day later) my account was frozen ....SO I visited HILLCREST STANDARD BANK AND HANDED IN PROOF OF ADDRESS AND MY ACCCOUNT WAS UNFROZEN. I assumed matter was resolved. When I wanted to withdraw money from my PURESAVE ACCOUNT TODAY IT WAS UNAVAILABLE. I phoned call centre and was advised account frozen as no FICA documents on the system. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE FOR 2 REASONS:<br> 1. I HAVE HANDED IN MY DOCS AT HILLCREST BRANCH - SO GO AND FIND IT FROM THEM AND UNFREZE MY PURSEAVE I DONT CARE IF ITS NOT ON THE SYSTEM I HANDED IT IN TO THEM SO THEY MUST LOOK FOR THE DOCUMENTS AND SCAN IT IN OR DO WHATEVER THEY HAVE TO DO AND THEY MUST DO IT FAST!!!!!!<br> 2. NO NOTIFICATION WAS RECEIVED FROM BANK THAT THERE IS STILL A ISSUE WITH FICA DOCS - IPLEASE PROVIDED DATE AND TIME YOU SMS OR ATTEMPTED TO CONTACT ME<br> THIS IS URGENT - CONTACT HILLCREST BRANCH - FIND THE DOCUMENTS FROM THEM AND UNFREEZE MY ACCOUNT!<br> THIS IS BEYOND TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE AND I AM OUTRAGED AS ITS MY WIFES BIRTHDAY TODAY AND GUESS WHAT I WAS ABLE TO BUY HER FOR HER BIRTHDAY.....ABSOLUTELY NOTHING AS I CANT ACCESS MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!
