Lilian Lofts Hotel & Spa Failed dismally to do an hour massage
What was supposed to be our last day celebrating our wedding anniversary, did not go well because of Lilian Lofts Hotel & Spar, based in Fordsburg, Lilian Road, in Johannesburg. While my husband received good treatment, mine was a terrible Experience. He was treated well, asked which areas needed more attention, their entire body massage was amazing, while I received basic treatment that did not require even deserve the R699 as per their promotion. I feel I was given someone who is still new, who could massage AT ALL, especially the lower body. I don’t feel as Someone who just had a massage, and our appointment was just 2hours ago - from 12:00-13:00. The experience was underwhelming, did not meet my expectations, as I have had many massages in other places. This was the worst experience for me, not worth the money.

Lilian loft is a must try
Staff are truly amazing Parking available The brownies are a must try from the restaurant that's on the premises Stayed in the deluxe queen suite Beds are comfortable Literally has NY loft vibes Totally worth the stay ..

I stayed at Lilian loft hotel a hotel I booked via booking.com. The hotel had a total blackout when there was load shedding no backup I even tripped walking down the stairs. I fell unsafe there the location and the noise level at night were unbearable so I checked out the next day and requested a refund for the the rest of my stay which was 2 more nights. The hotel is not child friendly and I was travelling with 4 kids. Booking.com processed my refund and they said the hotel will pay me back. The hotel also responded with they processed my refund and paid it back to booking.com they even mentioned that they also don’t know what to do because they can’t excess booking.com. I have sent emails to booking. com but without any response.

Unprofessional manager Lilian lofts
I stayed at Lilian Lofts 2 nights in a row on separate bookings... I left numerous messages for the manager Tasneem Osman to call me back re my stay ... She never did...it was rather important... Instead after placing a review of the hotel on booking.com She sent me a horrible disgusting message She's very unprofessional and doesn't deserve to be in that position let alone work for that hotel... "Slmz Its Tasneem from Lilian lofts hotel. Firstly as a muslim I feel so sorry for you that you had to put such a terrible disgusted comment on booking.com just because I didnt call you back. It's sad as a muslim and as a man you put a muslim establishment and a muslim woman down like that I really hope Allah had mercy and forgives you for this negative comment. I work very hard and I'm terrible disgusted at your comment . I really feel sorry for your sad soul and pray that Allah grant you and your family forgiveness and mercy. It's very very sad to think an adult like you behaves in such a manner. It's sad to think you have such a miserable life that you have to be so negative. I really pray and make dua for your soul." This is her msg and she also blocked me on whatsapp after sending it so I can't even reply....
