Our company Lyfe Computer Technologies PTY LTD , we would like to say Well done to Manhattan Hotel Team , our company booked a venue and also accomodation for the facilitator In August / September and we expected a good service but we got extra special service unbelievable, from the lift , reception, banquet and their unbelievably restaurant, our training and clients are happy with our service but the credit goes to Manhattan Hotel . I recommend any Training Provider or any business that want to host a function in Pretoria go to Manhattan Hotel situated in CBD you will not regret . We have travelled all over the country doing trainings but this is the best venue so far.

I stayed at this hotel starting Sunday and, unfortunately, my experience was far from what I expected. Upon arrival, I was surprised to find that the hotel was undergoing construction I was never informed of prior to my stay. Because of this, there was no on-site parking available, forcing me to park elsewhere and cross a busy street while carrying several bags. The issues didn’t end there. There was no hot water available on both Sunday and Monday morning, and on Wednesday morning, there was no water at all—meaning I couldn’t even shower or brush my teeth. The ongoing construction caused significant noise and dust throughout the day, which was both unpleasant and disruptive. To make matters worse, only one elevator was operational on Wednesday, leading to long wait times and further frustration. As a form of compensation, I was given a voucher for a complimentary 60-minute full-body massage. However, I only received a 20-minute half-body massage, during which the staff member complained about time constraints. Overall, this stay was disappointing and frustrating due to the lack of transparency, poor amenities, and failure to deliver on promised services. I hope management takes these concerns seriously and improves communication and service for future guests.

I booked for Mother's day lunch on the 14th of April for the 11th May,got a reference number & booking confirmed,I arrived there with my elderly Mom,waited like other attendees,there arrived time to go have lunch,I was holding my 82 year old Mom by the hand assisting her to walk to dining 🍽 area,when we got to the reception I was told my booking does not appear anywhere,I showed them their email correspondence,a lady at reception asked us to wait outside the dining area for 2 minutes while she resolves the issue for us,2 minutes became an hour,she ignored us until I went back to the reception area to ask if she forgot about us,she told me the fact there's no table for us,when I got there she was even busy attending to other people,I looked like an inconvenience to her, I went to fetch my old lady and helped her out,went home to cook Mother's day lunch,the lady didn't even care,disgusting.

Someone stole money from my room at Manhattan hotel & the manager doesn’t want to assist me. From yesterday i’ve been waiting for assistance & no1 wants to help me. I even requested to see camera footage to see who entered my room but no one wants to help me. I am very disappointed at the service at Manhattan, I am going to Instagram & Twitter to warn people because their safe doesn’t even work.

The hotel had great food, the staff was very great especially Isaac, he made our special night so much more fun and we had an awesome time as a family, young and old, it's like we weren't even in a restaurant. Wow Isaac is really a champion!

Am very much disappointed about the level of service I got from this Hotel I was first thinking they are professional but none, I booked for my wife birthday and was treated like I booked for seminar, even seminar was much better because the get welcoming snacks and sweets or diluted juice, worst part that annoyed me most was then when were the told sweet cookies are desert and gave us desert plates, whilst they quoted desert and sweet cookies our guest was so disappointed let alone my wife, where in this earth you can charge a person desert and sweet cookies and when you asked you been told very same sweet cookies are desert. no custed nothing. with money I paid there I felt like I was robbed. I think they must be open on set and explain every contents when one book for events like this.

We had the most beautifl farewell at Manhattan Hotel's restaurant. I was assisted by Pearl Raseroka to book their restaurant for 28 October 2022 for a Colleague’s farewell. She was able to promote the Hotel’s products and services. She also assisted to outsource flowers for the table of the day, such a helpful lady. We had ordered a cake and she assisted with the delivery arrangements. We had so much fun, we laughed, cried and most of all we enjoyed the dining experience. Keep up the good work!

Manhattan Hotel Pretoria is such horrible place to be, the rooms are dirty and too small cleaners knocked to every room early in the morning to clean around 7, we asked for water to drink the reception told us to bring our own or drink from the toilet basin.. Horrible service
