Telkom still dont want to cancel month to month contract they gave me and i no longer affording they handed me over to NUdebit they harrass me everyday,their line of contract is no more since it ended,I am not even using their servives,they dnt even have inovoices but they demand payment of non exisisting contract who can help me to solve this abuse.
Good Morning I need help from relevant department complain about telkom unfair business practices. I had a contract with telkom and it ended on July 2024 and I called them before to sent me cancellation form,They send me from pillars to post I called them to cancel the contract vial telephone and the line is been suspended,later they called to offer me another contract and I refuse because I have financial problems my kids are owing school fees,I cant really provide for my family as supposed to, I have suicidal thoughts every day i cant sleep,they go on debit again my acount amout of R107 I called nobody assisted me to explain wht was ist for,for 3 months the hand me over to dudebit agents to harrass me and send me massegaes every day I paid them R430 becuse ther threats the made agaisnt my credit. as of today 31 October 2024 very same telkom who handed me over to dudebit agents deduct my account R107 for contract i dnt know about. I took insurance with car track on August already the have debited my account for times and we are in October,On the day I took cover with them I stated that I am getting paid on the 15th of every month but they they just decided to debit my account on every 1st of every month and also on the 15th I tried so many times to resolve this matter nobody is willing to help me I called every on the 15th and 1st to rsolve trhis matter but not winning,they debited my account twicw this october and send me sms that am still outstanding in only four moths with them,funny part their contract is not fair that is for 3 yeras binding irrrepective of their unproffesional on manner in wich they resolving cases, please I need help
Telkom have been so cruel,my contract ended june and I called ande email to not continue with new one since I have financial chanllenges and they called so many time to give another contract and i refuse only now that they gave me R107 contract and I cant afford so every time they feel to debit my account they do,how can I cant assistance in trhis regard
I am so disaapointed by DSTV,the way they are treating us,it really shows they no longer cares,my services were cut off due late payments,I normally do cash payments since I having finance shortage,and now I need to reconnect again,my showmax was also cut off I called so many times with my air time I even make airtime advance its 2 days now,but I havent got received assistance yet,all they do is to add more subscriptions on my existing one,I a so disappointed cos all I needed was just to activate my showmax,no wonder why so many customers are leaving dstv its becasuse of this poor service treatment to its customers,I expected to call me back since airtime cut off but instead i call again and I start with another agent its like a norm,why cant they have a system to track calls and escalate to previous agent who have all in formation,Mxm
Am very much disappointed about the level of service I got from this Hotel I was first thinking they are professional but none, I booked for my wife birthday and was treated like I booked for seminar, even seminar was much better because the get welcoming snacks and sweets or diluted juice, worst part that annoyed me most was then when were the told sweet cookies are desert and gave us desert plates, whilst they quoted desert and sweet cookies our guest was so disappointed let alone my wife, where in this earth you can charge a person desert and sweet cookies and when you asked you been told very same sweet cookies are desert. no custed nothing. with money I paid there I felt like I was robbed. I think they must be open on set and explain every contents when one book for events like this.
I have been complaining about my double contract since may until today nobody helped me Multichoice billed me two Explora 3 payment plan 24months R49 and this put me under serious financial challenges and I have been complaining about this they send me form pillar to post instead of me paying R632 they add R49 for very same product I have and they said I have 2 decoders, I complained and am tired now I really need help please

Am very much disturbed with the way this scam is operating its now clearly dstv is money making scheme but poor customer service, I applied for price lock that was installed on the 29th March 2021 and today on the 10th April 2021 my decoder is switched off due to payment and on the contract like as a norm my payments are debited on every 15th of the month past 15 yrs of my service with them, but today my kids can't even see TV because of payment, I called 10 times nobody abled to assist me all consultants have no clue and unable to assist me, I asked to speak to manager but with no luck, now am sitting here with dstv that is not playing and I made paentnonbthe 15th March what happened with that payment I made we are in serious financial crisis and if now we are been robbed in dis light by this big corporates.
