Our company Lyfe Computer Technologies PTY LTD , we would like to say Well done to Manhattan Hotel Team , our company booked a venue and also accomodation for the facilitator In August / September and we expected a good service but we got extra special service unbelievable, from the lift , reception, banquet and their unbelievably restaurant, our training and clients are happy with our service but the credit goes to Manhattan Hotel . I recommend any Training Provider or any business that want to host a function in Pretoria go to Manhattan Hotel situated in CBD you will not regret . We have travelled all over the country doing trainings but this is the best venue so far.
Very ppor service from UPS South Africa , I have waited for order to be delivered 1st never got a delivery notification I had to track my parcel only to see that its out for delivery must wait 8am-6pm. Now i cant stay home whole day waiting for something I dont know. I tried to call the call centre to try and atleast track the driver and they told me he is not picking the call, I will be called back now its 14:30 parcel has not arrived not even a single notification ..trying to call their call centre have been in queue almost 30minutes now. I dont know why Amazon uses UPS its not the first time I have this problem. You guys must learn from Fedex or Courier Guy on how things are done
I would like to recommend B+D Auto Body Spares I bought a Radiator for my car with them even though they did not have stock they went out of their way to outsource without any additional cost , went through problems with supplier who delayed to deliver and out of their way they had to send their own driver to collect the item from supplier and liaised with my courier 🚚 in excellent way Welldone to Mr Renaldo who was very helpful parcel took longer to be shipped due to the supplier but they made things easy and final the part is on its way to me . I will put another review when I have fitted the part.
I bought a Fiat Uno 1.2 5 doors dr 12 August and I was told i will receive the Natis papers in 3 weeks . Its now 20th November I have not received anything and to make things worse I found out that the car had warranty from previous owner . The disc expired on 31st October I dint have papers and I cant get to renew the disc either If they dont call me in next 5 days I will report this to consumer protection department .please email me 0r call me 0718281221

I would like to thank RDG Cape Town , I just collected my car today, It have Transmittion issues with front diff not working , they changed Clutch and later we realised that front Diff was not OK , and asked them to put a one that I supplied , they assisted with courier from my supplier , received the diff fitted it , as well checked of other issues in my car . Even though at first i was bit angry of something I did not understand but the Manager Zaini Abdul Rashid was very proffessional she called me in and explained everything and got to understand each other well. They made me to be aware that my issue with the car , was due to that I bought the car from the first owner without aware of the problem. They also gave me usefull advise on how to take care of the car. RDG Cape Town also promised that every year I should bring my car in for check up of my transmission for Free. DSTV (MultiChoice) decived me to come back to them , they sent me a special informing that if I can come back I will able to pay only R215 X 3 months . I even received a call and i accepted I paid R215 last months now I need to pay for this months I got qouted R527 and I asked what is that for , 3 agents just told me they is a technical error , Now they have reduced to R485.00 now they no longer talk about R215. I feel like I have been scammed to come back to DSTV.I was promised that this will be fixed until now ..If they dont assist and tell me what to do , I mighty as well cancel the DSTV and DSTV mighty as well consider another client gone . I only subscribe because of soccer . I will find another way. Am dissapointed on DSTV
To SCNET Supply Chain Network, your services are awesome and great to small business to network and help buyers meet with suppliers, but am bit dissapointed with your service. 1st I have been paying for the subcription for 2 years and expiry date is tomorrow , We are a small business and battling to survive , I have requested you to give us a extra 7 days to pay the renewal fee for whole year, and this was not possible. How come as client treated like that. We have paid for past 2 years even though we have not received 1 postive results from this subcription , but we just want to try as we saw an opportunity. Web hosting companies when you are behind with payments they dont just close your services like that, Why you service treat client like that. Very dissapointed.
I have a very bad experience with take alot delivery, I have my order being re-scheduled 3 time and it cant be delivered ...Very poor service . Please when ever you order select collect othewrwise you will be kept waiting whole day . Until now my order is not delivered
I want to thank RDG company (East London) branch , Last year 2020 November i got into a mightmare when my vihecle was damaged on my way from Cape Town to Queenstown Eastern Cape , the car had gearbox snapped after it run out of oil and some problems and stopped driving , After the problem occurred I asked RDG to have alook at it and they repaired the gearbox, and also cleaned everthing including diagnosing and finding out that the Transfer case motor was also faulty , advised that the clutch must also be changed, balanced the shafts, changed oils on the diffs and on gearbox . My hummer is even driving better, my 4wd function was not working but now all works . I encourage all hummer owners to always check on RDG for any transmition, my car is back in Cape Town and runs well Many Thanks RDG. Life 0718281221
