**** ARTIST - MICHELLE-SMIT.COM - NOT LUVIA TRADEMARK PRODUCT RECEIVED - CHEAP TEMU KNOCK-OFF
I wish I could give negative stars. I won' go into the HUGE ordeal it was to actually just get my parcel, but what arrived was NOT what I paid for - I paid for and it said on the Invoice R592 - One bottle of Luvia (then the 'tm' for trademark). What I received was something called Hyogi, which you get on TEMU - you get this on Temu 3 bottles for a third of the price I paid. Just don't order from Michelle-Smit (adverts all over facebook) -she is 100% ****ming you.

This is a huge ******* with wrong supply and higher charge.
I ordered from InstaSmile 2.0 via Michelle Smit a set of the advertised dentures on Instagram. On placing the order, I was further offered an additional pair at a reduced price. When the goods arrived they bore no resemblance to what was on the site but then claimed that they were the same item but a different brand. There site offered a refund if not satisfied. They have continually denied that the had supp**** me with the wrong product therefore only prepared to refund 20% of the value. As I had kept their acknowledgement of my order with illustration, I have proved to them that I ordered the correc product. What is more is the have charged me the price for the expensive nd not what they sent me . This has proved to be a **** as their site claims they are Hellopeter 4.5 stars and the product is highly regarded in Poland. ****

False Marketing - Clear View glasses
Gross misrepresentation of Clear View glasses. Don't work as they are marketed, at all. Although Ive sent them an e-mail. I couldn't be bothered with their reply. I know when I have been ****med. May Kama visit you at its worst.

These people do false advertising and when you want a refund they only want to give back 20% of the original amount paid. Please do not purchase the so-called Fuel Max from them, it's ****. Anyone can make their divice at home and the same **** product is available online for R99 and not R622.

No script reading glasses
I bought 3 pairs of Clearvision readings glasses that ajust to your eyes, no script needed. I paid extra for the fast deliver and they took 30 not 5 days to arrive. Sadly they were cheaply made, did not look like the image on the site and not one of us who tried them on could see out of them. When asking for the money back guarantee Michelle Smit would not pay. Said we needed to send the glasses back at our own expense to the warehouse in China. ( I bought from clearvision a site in South Africa) so refused to do so. After alot of complaining she has said she will give me a 50% refund and we can keep the glasses ( they only good enough for the bin.) Please note: when you order clearvision reading glasses and it refers you to Michelle Smit. In my opinion it's a ****.
