Ordered self focusing glasses x2 on special with a 30 day money back guarantee. #MICHSA32560 received but not working for me. Reported it within 1 day and now countless excuses to refund my money
I have now twice experience the same problem from seller which Aliexpress approve for selling on their global site. Now recently ordered & paid for a 8TB 990Pro NVMe SSD. All went well when ordered, delivery ALWAYS SLOW and the on arrivel you pay your taxes due...then the suprise when you open the parcel its only a 4TB 990Pro NVMe SSD. When filing a Refund process, Alixpress asked the seller to come forth with a solution/suggestion, which would be of from the seller to Close the Refund procrss the will sent the correct item ordered. If you CLOSE the Refund process the will give you a **** tracking number and you wont receive any replacement as promised. By then Alixpress already CLOSED the REFUND PROCESS and now you can't relate back as the Refund Process has ALREADY been CLOSED. If you want to contact the Seller all info etc has been erased. I'm 100% assure ALIEXPRESS create/allow these seller to gain income in the incorrect way.
