I bought, a demo model, Nissan Magnite white in colour, from Produkta Nissan last year November 2024, with no luck, I’ve been having endless problems with the breaks pads, since I issued the vehicle. This is a demo vehicle not brand new, the vehicle had already 7km on the clock, once I purchased it. I took the vehicle to Morgan Nissan this year March to get new breaks, they were liable for the breaks. Not me, but insisted that I would I will be liable, that’s absolute nonsense, as you cannot be getting new breaks when the vehicle has done less than 12000km. Now, I am getting same noise once again, and I took my vehicle back to Morgan Nissan over a month ago, they cleaned them for me, telling me, I have 4mm left, and will need to replace the brake pads in the front. This is highly unacceptable, I’m not accepting this, for a second time around, as my km on the clock is only 11200km. I purchased the vehicle from Produkta Nissan, I am getting no help, no assistance, from Morgan Nissan. Please can you assist, with immediate effect. I cannot and will not every so many km keep putting on new break pads ect. A Nissan magnite, should only, get, approximately at a range of between 30000km to 70000km.

I have ordered and pay for parts for a Nissan Pathfinder. I was informed the parts will take 2 - 4 weeks. It's now more than 5 weeks and still no parts. If these parts are not fortcoming please refund me. Also please train your staff on communication skills because if I did not call regularly I would not know what is going on.

Never in my life have i received worse service whilst purchasing a car. We purchased a single cab P-Series from this dealership and whilst we were doing the finance we were assured that all the small things (Scratches, clips etc) would be fixed. When we took delivery of the car NONE of those promised fixes were done! infact we went through the car and it looked like the car had been through the wars. The main thing that we were worried about is the fact that the airbag light was burning after they told us that it was sorted. We booked the car into GWM Centurion and they notified us that the car had been in an accident - This was never disclosed to us, in fact they categorically denied that the car had been in an accident, Whilst the car was with GWM, the picture turned from bad to worse, all the wired underneath the car for the tow bar, rear pdc etc had been CUT and that this also needed to be replaced. GWM then sent a R37k quote to fix all the problems on the car including the Airbag module as the compute said that the airbag had been deployed. Nissan's response to that was that they would order a Airbag module and have it delivered to GWM for installation as they could get it cheaper. On what planet do you live on that you think you are going to put a Chinese knockoff in the car we have just purchased that is still under warranty????? Needless to say that after all the evidence we finally gave the car back to Nissan and told them to cancel the agreement. Between the DP and the sales guy we received aggressive behavior from the both of them - The sales person even swore at me and sent me whatsapp messages saying that i have no right to speak to him like i did - Yet he blatantly **** about the condition of this car as he confirmed in writing that all the issues had been sorted. Shocking to say the least that we are all led to believe that this is a reputable dealership that do all sorts of checks (HOW WAS THIS CAR PUT THROUGH ROADWORTHY?????? EVEN THE WIPER BLADES WERE TORN!!!!! SHOCKING SHOCKING!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT COUNTLESS ISSUES!!!!

Absolutely the best car dealership I have ever dealt with. Jacques, the sales guy that assisted me with buying my new vehicle gave me service that is on a next nevel. Tracey, the F&I went out of her way to get my deal approved and finalized. The other car dealerships, including Webuycars can come and learn from this people. Would recommend them to anyone.

So, I made an enquiry on a bakkie they are advertising. Steven Bianchina responds informing me that the vehicle is available. I confirm the viewing on Monday for Tuesday. Arrive for the viewing, love the vehicle confirm it would be a cash sale. I am told there was two finance applications that was not approved but there are lots of enquiries on the vehicle would I mind paying a deposit which I agreed to. An offer to purchase and the dealership banking details were emailed to me. After a while Steven mentions that I should not pay the deposit as yet and they will see if they can match the offer, I received from Weelee. At this time, I asked if they could keep me informed as the dealership buying my car will arrive today Thursday to view and take my vehicle. Yesterday afternoon 29 May I sent a WhatsApp message and made a few attempts calling Steven as I needed to confirm if they will make an offer on my vehicle before today so that I don't waste the dealerships time coming from Gezina in PTA. No answer to my call and WhatsApp messages. This morning, I receive a message informing me that Steven will get back to me. And moments later confirming that his manager is going with a finance deal and the vehicle is no longer available. Not honest not transparent, time wasters. Clearly communication with clients and between themselves is non-existent. Be careful to buy a vehicle from this dealership

Avoid this dealership at all cost! They are dishonest and mislead customers. Salesperson makes not of promises, but after delivery you have to struggle and fight to get things done! Jaques promised me a full tank of diesel, but on delivery day added R1000 and then they hide it in the contact without disclosing it! Who would ever finance their own diesel for years and pay interest on it?? Other costs were also added without agreeing to it! They are dishonest, ********* and *********! Stay away!

In and during February 2nd, 2024, I took possession of a brand-new Nissan Magnite CVT from Morgan Nissan in Northcliff. On that very day, I noticed that the car was shuddering and making a strange clunking noise; the breaks did not work properly because I had to press it very hard to stop the car. The vehicle was taken back to the dealer on 4th February and was told that the vehicle was too new and had to be worn in”, according to Trevino the salesman. I therefore took the vehicle on a long drive which is when it was noticed that the vehicle was worse. Recall that I drove the vehicle on the advice of Trevino. The vehicle was taken back to Nissan who now advised that there is “a known clutch problem with the CVT models”. Golden, a mechanic said that the vibration was normal while Jerome took the car to some gearbox specialists. He said that the gearbox was fine but that there was a problem with the engine mounting which was replaced. After these “repairs, it turned out the problem was worse, but his words were “the car is now fine”. At all material times, these people, whoever I spoke to, assured me that the vehicle was “fixed” including Sunesh, the dealer principal. When I asked for refund, Sunesh responded that since the vehicle is under warranty, it would be repaired under warranty and if a refund is wanted, then the vehicle had to be traded in and that I would lose R100 000 because the vehicle had to sold by them as a secondhand vehicle. Now, what is apparent from all these people that I dealt with is 1. They sold me a defective vehicle; 2. They asked me to drive it for it to become fine; 3. Their mechanic is *********** Imagine taking your vehicle for as service and this “mechanic” attends to it- your vehicle will return to you in a worse condition that it was and the manager/dealer principal or whatever he calls himself will lie his way out of the situation; 4. They “repaired” it according to warranty, but the problems only became worse; 5. They had being giving me the run around with a whole lot of ******** to evade their liability and the fact that I was sold a defective vehicle. I intend making this known in various social media and the newspapers. Do not deal with this dealer. From the above, they either don’t know what is going on or they tried to con me; Do not support them and do not buy this ******* Nissan vehicle. I hope the dealership closes down. I hope Nissan’s competition grows and I hope that the staff of this dealership die of an incurable disease.
