Motala Scents Also as M-Scents This company is a huge *******. Please don't purchase from them. They are cheaper other suppliers however their perfumes, lotions, roll-ons are mixed with water. It has no texture. They are a *******. How can a *****ulent company like this operate. I purchased perfumes hand creams and roll on to the value of almost R1 000.00. Only to receive it and find out that it is mixed in water and has no smell. I hope Wendy Nola sees this so you can't **** other companies and individuals. The products are poor and terrible I wouldn't even chance it by applying their products on your skin.

THE PERSON IN CHARGE OF ANSWERING CUSTOMER QUERIES ON WHATSAP IS ABSOLUTELY RUDE IN THE BRICKFIELD ROAD BRANCH.NOT ALL OF THE STAFF IS FRIENDLY ANS SIME LOOK LIKE THEY DONT WANT TO ASSIST.I SENT A VOICE NOTE QUERING ASSISTANCE IN CERTAIN PERFUMES AND THE RESPONSE WAS 'KINDLY TYPE'.I WAS NOT PLACING MT ORDER ,I SUMPKY VOICCE NITE A QUERY AS I WAS BUSY AT WORK AND FOUND IT CONVENIENT TO SEND A QUIK VOICE NOTE.I WAS VERY OFFENDED AT HER ATTITUDE AND I KNOW ITS A FEMALE BECAUSE SHE HAS ASSISTED ME INSTORE N IS VERY UNFRIENDLY AND NEVER SMILES.SHE ALWAYS WEARS A HIJAB.EVEN WHEN SHE TRIED TO ASSIST MY QUERY.I WAS SENT A VERY UNTIDILY WRITTEN LIST OF THE AVAILABLE PERFUMES.I HAD TO ASK 50 TIMES WHICH VARIANT IT WAS.I HOPE THE OWNER OF BRICKFIFLD ROAD SEES THIS COMPLAINT AND DOES SOMETHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE HIS STAFFS ATTITUDE STINKS,ESPECIALLY THE WOMAN HANDLING THE COMPANYS WHATSAP

Do not order online!! They sent me a wrong order and the following day they phoned me and requested that I send it back, and they will send mines the same day. What I hate the most is the manner on how I was addressed about this, as if I am a thief and sent the wrong order to myself, I was harrassed with a thousand calls during my work hours. I was going to assist the lady and send the parcel back, mistakes happen. BUT please train your employees to be more professional, we make mistakes but don't be a pain to your customers. Now when I call the lady that my order has not been brought still, "the same lady who was calling me non stop about the me sending back the order" is giving me a cold shoulder I want my money BACK. An apology and honesty would have sorted the whole thing. So disappointed in this online purchase

Do not order online!! They sent me a wrong order and the following day they phoned me and requested that I send it back, and they will send mines the same day. Guys be aware about Motala Perfum they doing a fraud about customers bank cards. I got a message from bank Capitec that shows on the 6 May 2021 there's-R600 overdrawn while I didn't do any purchase of R600 by that day by using my card. What I did on the 6 May 2021 I went to Pietermaritzburg Motala Perfum to buy a 3 perfumes of R600 I ask them to take R400 from my bank card and paid a cash of R200 to paid that R600. On the 22 May 2021 I got a message from bank says I purchased an Item of R600 from Durban Chatsworth Motala Perfum while I was at home at Pietermaritzburg during that day. My problem is when I went to complain to their Pietermaritzburg branch I didn't get any help, I gave them my bank statement to check what happened but I didn't get a respond. I decided to call them on their number for response a manage gave me a bad attitude and dropped a call while we were speaking, I tried to fon Him back unfortunately He ignored my calls. It's where I dicided to went to their store to buy and get understand what He was saying to me over a fone. During my purchased while I was in shop I spoke with Him and He was continously rude to me and we nearly fight lucky there was other customers there who culm us down. While I left a shop He was busy shouted at me and swearing at me. After that I got a call and whatsapp messages from their big manager at Durban says they will open a case for me of causing a trouble to their shop and they burned me from all their shops. While I tried to explain what happened He doesn't want to here me. The only thing I was asking is: 1. How they allowed my purchased while I didn't have enough money from my card? 2. Why they didn't able to show me a footage of purchased happened to Chatsworth using my card as they told me that as Pietermaritzburg branch they can't assist me with a purchased happened to Chatsworth? 3. Why their big manager ask my bank statement while I left to their Pietermaritzburg Branch? I'm not happy at all about fraud happened to my account and their bad attitude they showed to me while I was looking a clarifications. If any1 can help me about this situation please help because I didn't do any purchase of R600 to Mota Perfum Chatsworth branch from those date this is a fraud. Regards: Vumani Mdunge 0788704934

With the current coronavirus craze we have seen stores literally cleared of hygiene products such as hand sanitizers. You can go from store to store and you won't find a single hand sanitizer anywhere. This is where i commend Motala Perfumes on their contribution to the epidemic. They saw an opening in the market and they took it and they created an outstanding product to fill the gap. Motala has come up with a handy little hand sanitizer in a glass spray bottle, it is 70% alcohol which will **** all those nasty germs, it is easy to use and it is easily accessible which is a necessity in these hard times. It is priced right and it doesn't leave a nasty alcohol smell on your hands. I really think that in the wake of the epidemic and how it will affect our economy and our small businesses it is essential for us to support local in every aspect and that's why i definitely recommend this company for your hand sanitizer needs.
