Santam is the worst insurance company ever,do not deal with them. They are unprofessional, the employees don't attend to emails, they deduct funds *******ly of your account, the excess amounts to you repairing the issue on your own.
Motala Scents Also as M-Scents This company is a huge *******. Please don't purchase from them. They are cheaper other suppliers however their perfumes, lotions, roll-ons are mixed with water. It has no texture. They are a *******. How can a *****ulent company like this operate. I purchased perfumes hand creams and roll on to the value of almost R1 000.00. Only to receive it and find out that it is mixed in water and has no smell. I hope Wendy Nola sees this so you can't **** other companies and individuals. The products are poor and terrible I wouldn't even chance it by applying their products on your skin.
This application is a *****ulent scheme especially regarding their games,it ask you to select free items at the end you have to share the invites and acquire acceptance from your friends,once done your free items are not awarded to you. If you are thinking of playing any games on Temu please don't it is a complete waist of time and you will never win it. When you contact their support team they only apologize but can not explain why the application is *****ulent and don't award you your free items. Even when purchasing the items you have to purchase at a considerable low amount as the tax is so high. Waist of time Temu app and I will not be shopping at Temu again
Recently we had called out a guy by the name of Gerald to fix our freezer ,we had asked him for a quote and when he did come to our premises he quoted my mum a pensioner R1 400.00 which she had paid him however our freezer isn't working.Please don't trust thus guy and his company name,he goes around with another Indian guy they do not know what they are doing and taking advantage of pensioners,when I informed him that the freezer wasn't working he kept making excuses that he is coming for the past month and since then hasn't showed up. When we called a professional out he advised that the freezer only needed to be gased. Please don't trust this guy as he does not know what he is doing!!!! This company is advertised in the local news papers rising sun and tabloid as well.
If you ever thinking of taking a home loan with Standard bank please don't, their monthly interest is the same as their installments.over 7 months ago I took a home loan of R470 000. Each month my installment is R5000.00 but guess what when I opened my statement my interest only on R470 000 is R4400.00 I freaked out instantly, if this is the case when will I be expected to free off R470 000.00 the interest is almost 10% of the loan amount PER MONTH not even per year and on top of that you get charged bank charges and the things they falsely lie in the beginning that they are offering the lowest interest rate. It's better to take an fnb personal loan my God I will never even bank with Standard bank. They are ridiculous on every level....And on top of that each month the interest increases despite the payments being made and the repayments dont even affect the loan amount it increases.
Recently i purchased an online order, i had to wait weeks to receive my order. Each time i sent an email there was no assistance, finally someone responded in an unprofessional and unhelpful manner, didn't provide me with his/her name, one line answers and no assistance, finally when my order was received three items was missing when i sent an email to shop@fashionfusion.co.za they asked me what was missing, so basically stock was sent without checking, when i paid for my order there was stock, due to them taking so long they then used up the stock. But didn't inform me so what happens to the money i paid them for the items i didn't receive. It was my first order and the service was terrible i will never purchase from them again. They are rogues. And the person attending to the online emails is useless to say. The clothing is nice but it's better to go into the store as the employees attending to the online orders and email address is unprofessional and useless.
This review is in respect of Style Phase Home and not Style Phase SA which sells clothing. I recently purchased two air fryers from Style Phase Home, when I received my items, one of the items was damaged, there was a hole on the face or front of the airfryer, it didn't have a plastic wrapping on it and it had some scratches, it seemed as if it was a returned item or a factory reject, so I contacted Style Phase Home, after many efforts I did get a hold of Mohammed, he then agreed to pay for the delivery to return the air fryer. So I decided not to be difficult and rather keep one of the items and return the other which was badly damaged. I there after had to contact Style Phase home several times for my refund, which I have still not received. I have waited so many weeks for this refund. It's very difficult to actually communicate with them, their customer service is not pleasant at all. I have tried to be accommodating and understanding however they have been difficult to deal with. I spoke to Mohammed today and I had asked him if the other item has a guarantee, he advised that all of their items do not have a guarantee or warranty, I do have this is writing, so I explained to him further that this should have been stipulated on the advert and disclosed to customers prior to them purchasing the items, he then explained further that this is mentioned in their policy, no customer wants to go and review long policy's. However I explained to him further that the box states that the item has a 4 year guarantee, he then stated that the items are from overseas and there is no warranty but if I was educated about this before purchasing the airfryer I wouldn't have proceeded with my purchase, the advert reflected a black airfryer however I received two bottle green airfryers, to me in a sense this is false advertising and misleading customers. We do not know that it's an overseas brand and does have a guarantee, as it is not stipulated on the advert, their site or the items packaging. After my conversation with Mohammad he further advised that I must communicate with Mr Paruk. Mr Paruk whatsapped me and explained that he is Mohammed Attorney and I must liaise with him from now onwards, he said that I can only liaise with him via email and he then provided me with his email address which was a Gmail account, he then deleted the message where he explained that he was Mohammed Attorney, I found this very fraudulent and suspicious so I asked him for his companies name and an email address that has his law firm name and his qualification and relationship to Style phase home, however he was not willing to provide me with any of the above mentioned, firstly if he is posing as an Attorney that is fraudulent, secondly this is not how you treat customers and this is not the standards of business, a business is supposed to carry out an ethical, professional and honest standard which they have failed to project thus far. I did explain to Mohammed that I would like to return the other item as it does have a warranty i could add R500 more and purchase the item from a valid store and receive a warranty or guarantee, he explained that I will have to return the item at my own cost. How can I comply to that when I have been waiting several weeks for the refund of the damaged air fryer. This service and communication frustrates customers and makes customers feel helpless. They also do not apologize for any inconvenience caused. Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated. I have seen some other reviews on their site some of which is also negative and displeasing.
