I’ve sold my tv and got a proof of payment from a company called motorworld cc when I checked my bank account there was no money reflecting to which I contacted ABSA and was told that it is a legitimate proof of payment the employee who ****med me either has access to documentation or financial records and has ****med me out out of my Tv . I would appreciate it if Motorworld can come back to me on the matter seeing that it’s their employee

On 16 February 2024, one of Motorworld Logistics’ truck drivers (truck number MH47 to be very specific) collided with my vehicle while driving in moderate traffic. I immediately reported the incident by calling their call centre and was then put in touch with the driver’s supervisor, Gerhard, who advised me to submit the details via email. I promptly emailed the company with all the required information, including photographs of the damage, the accident report, and my personal details. After receiving no response, I followed up and was assisted by the company receptionist, who directed me to the correct contact person. I then resent all the information on 23 April 2024. On 24 April 2024, the HR Administrator confirmed via email that my claim had been forwarded to the department responsible for third-party claims. Unfortunately, this was the last correspondence I received from Motorworld Logistics. Despite multiple follow-ups since then, I have received no further communication or feedback. The complete lack of response and accountability has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. It has now been almost two years since the incident, and this matter remains unresolved.

Dear Motorworld there's a ****mer going around using your business name as a means of making payments to people but ****ming them out of their hard earned money. There is a chap who apparently works there by name of Aviwe Mhlwazi ID (9212116135080). He is a ****mer and robs people using the company's name and makes payments through the company. They gave me this number to call the business 014 592 2747 clearly it was a ****. But make sure you guys stay alert there. I lost something dear to me

My name is Daniel and l am writing regarding the repairs on my BMW M135i, which was repaired at Lumo Motorworld- 61 Ampthill Avenue, Benoni CBD, Benoni. My car was overheating and l took it to Lumo Motorworld so that it could be fixed. I was advised by a sales person at King of Cars (Boksburg - where l b ought the car from) to take it to this dealer as they have been working on the car previously, and they know the car. The car was "fixed" and l got it back on the 31st of July 2024. On my way back home it started overheating again. I called Lumo Motorworld and Mauritz called me back and l explained that the car is still overheating. The invoice of R7 500 that l paid - states that the fault was vehicle overheating with no fault codes. I paid this amount even though l was not happy with the way that this case has been handled. 1. The problem with the car was overheating which is still the same after "repairs". I even asked Mauritz what did l pay for when the car is still giving the same problem? It is the same before and after. 2. They "fixed" and fail to test the car to see if it does the same problem or not. They replaced the Water bottle & Pipe and still the car was overheating. Even if the bottle and pipe needed to be replaced that did not address the overheating problem. 3. He talked about "consequential damage" which is irrelevant here as the problem was never resolved the 1st time. He was saying that it can either be the Thermostat or Water Pump. Why did they not check that, when the car was still with them? The so called "repairs" done on the car did not resolve the issue. I feel that no proper diagnosis was done on the car irrespective of the No Fault Codes. 4. I was never informed of the work that was going to be carried out on the car. The only time l was contacted was when l was given the Invoice with the amount to pay. I even asked Mauritz that how do they fix without getting a go-ahead from me, the owner, and he could not answer that because l insisted on proof (that l agreed to their Quote)? The invoice, is made out to King of Cars whereas l am the owner. The initial invoice was R8 735.42 and when l queried that, it was reduced to R7500 (which l paid -but the car is still overheating). 5. I did not agree on any Quote (before the job ) and l insisted on proof that l was given a copy and that l approved. I wanted them to put the old parts back because l felt that l was being ******, as l managed to drive the car to this garage before they worked on it, and Mauritz told me that the parts have been thrown away. He later sent me pictures of the very same old parts. I feel that this car is in a bad state right now than it was before l took it to Lumo Motorworld. l got bad service from this garage.

I bought a Mazda 3 from Motorworld Rustenburg last year April. Upon picking up the vehicle I pointed out to the salesman who is the owner's son the faults on the car ie. that there is an inner bumper liner missing and the left mirror needs to be replaced. About 3 months after I bought the vehicle the front bumpers paint started peeling off which the salesman agreed to fix 1as well as once again undertaking to fix the initial faults. However by end of November 2021 when I was unfortunately in an accident and the vehicle written off nothing had come from the numerous promises the salesman made. I then requested that the costs of such repairs be paid to me but after the phone call in which the salesman agreed to the payment being made nothing has happened up to date. They received full payment for the vehicle which was supposed to be 100% right but gave me a vehicle that had faults on, thus they commited fraud. I still need to buy a new vehicle and that monies will serve as a deposit.

I entered a rental contract in 2017 with executive motor world in Bloemfontein which by then was free State wheels for 54 months for polo TSI in 10 April 2021 on my 46 month I was involved in MVA where by a taxi ran to me on my way to work driving polo and lost left hearing. I waited for 3 months without response from them after claim and when I informed them I'm considering help from ombudsman they immediately emailed me to say insurance paid and the car is written off but the funny part I insured the car with R198300 in 2017 as I was the one paying insurance with total R6000 with rental included but insurance only paid R132000 and is been 8 months without any correspondence regarding paid out amount and the contract.
