Poor customer service and a lack of urgency with refunds. I was supposed to receive a refund more than 2 weeks ago but that commitment has not been honoured. The accounts lady, Kavashnee, is dismissive of my follow ups.

My medical aid doesn't cover MRi's so I googled and came across National Radiology Services. Sent them a what's app and a lovely lady by the name of Charmaine rep**** to me. She really was a blessing. I was experiencing problems getting the referral note from the specialist's rooms. Charmaine personally called the doctor yesterday afternoon and got the referral note. She really went out of her way in assisting me. All the staff there are very friendly and helpful

Had a really good experience under the circumstances, despite the problems they encountered with a difficult MRI. Everyone was eager to help. In the end they got the job done. Ugendhrie -the receptionist -added a lot of positive energy. Thanks guys!

The receptionist at the facility was extremely rude and judgmental. Despite being referred by my doctor for an X-ray scan, my experience upon arrival was marred by her unprofessional behavior. Not only did she fail to treat customers properly, but she also demonstrated bias by making judgments based on the color of people's skin. I was taken aback when she questioned whether my medical aid had funds and proceeded to contact them for confirmation, a step she did not take with other patients. After completing the scan, instead of allowing me to leave, she insisted I wait while she contacted my medical aid to check payment status. This unnecessary delay lasted for 20 minutes, causing inconvenience as I needed to get to work. Despite having funds available, I would have preferred to pay in cash if given the option. Her judgmental attitude and poor customer service left me thoroughly dissatisfied. NRS WOODMEAD clinic WOODMEAD OFFICE PARK, c/o Saddle and Van Reenens Ave, Woodmead, Sandton, 2191 is confirmed.

They do not care if they put extra stress on a patient all they care if a patient have the fund to pay after many time we said we will pay if the medical aid does not cover the “consumables “ this is before the test and did not even send the forms to the medical aid, putting extra stress on my wife, the reception personal should go for some client interaction courses

Without prejudice. I was hospitalized, and was sent for a Bone Densitometry. I was told that my medical aid would not pay for it. With severe pneumonia and 3 organ shut downs I had to get out the bed I was wheeled in and go to my ward get my wallet and bring my credit card to pay. Which I did. I have been hounded for payment for that same procedure since 2017. Early this year I had telephonic confirmation that I had indeed made a payment so similar to the amount being asked for that they would get back to me with feedback because it made no sense. No feedback. I continuously get asked for an amount that I have paid for! I tried to reply to their statement email and it bounces back. Net Care refuses to give National Radiology' email address let alone for accounts department. I called NRS and eventually got an email address to which I was to send my proof of payment which is a credit card statement from my bank. I sent said email through giving one business day to respond and put this payment debacle to rest. I have now allowed the holidays and a few other days to pass and have not even had acknowledgement of email. Simple professionalism. In my opinion hounding someone for an amount already paid for, and continuously sending a statement that does NOT REFLECT MY PAYMENT is extortion. The email address I was given was by email so must be correct and is as follows lindsayxrays@nrsmail.co.za and is supposed to be a manager of relevant person. Shocking service from the point of "care" in hospital that I and my drip must go get my credit card to ignoring proof of payment and not even showing my payment received on my statement. Poor accounting. However my opinin

I just want to thank the amazing staff of the N17 hospital and Waterfall City hospital of the National Radiology Services over the years! Each and every person who has assisted my mom and I throughout the years have been kind, caring, have always walked the proverbial extra mile and have treated my mom so well! We are honestly truly blessed and honoured to have been taken care of and helped bi-annually for the last 9 years! I cannot recall everyone's names, but particularly off the top of my head; Estelle Lombard (used to work at N17 for many years), Charmaine at Waterfall city Netcare, Frans, and all the fantastic CT scan and MRI staff. Your nurses and radiographers are also just lovely caring people with empathy and kindness! I also must thank each one of the wonderful doctors for continuously being purely amazing people as well as , knowledgeable and professional Doctors. Thank you Dr's Jogi, Naick, Ranchod and S. Palliam! Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for making difficult and scary days survivable and easier!
