We have been supporters of One Fine Beginning for years. Our last interaction has been terrible. The leather shoes we bought pulled apart after minimal use over a month. To get hold of them was a mission with them only responding on Instagram. I had to then cover the cost to courier to them. We sent it on the 9th of June 2023 and since have had extremely subpar communication with me having to reach out to them to get any feedback. There has been no concrete updates, no estimation of time, no general updates and once again only if I enquire. Really poor service considering the shoes cost nearly R2000… I will not be supporting them again. I do understand that they rely on suppliers etc… However, the poor communication is my concern and that is the responsibility of One Fine Beginning .

Pathetic! No after service what so ever. Management ignore customer complaint emails. Decide to steal your R1700 because they decide that your credit is not valid anymore. I will not refer anyone to these people,Ever!!!

APPALLING online service. Ordered a leather jacket online Had to contact the store twice to confirm that they had received payment 7 WEEKS for jacket to be delivered Too small - requested an exchange Had to send photos of myself wearing the jacket to prove incorrect size Was told size was fine - leather would stretch Couriered jacket back to store at own expense Was told larger jacket was more expensive - still waiting for quote. Asked for refund due to terrible service - refused Now have credit note for R4000 for a terrible store in Middelburg And after all of this, have still not heard from management

This shop (One-Fine -beginning,Middelburg,Mpumalang) has absolutely pathetic ,careless and amateurish cliënt service and not even to mention their ****py "leather" shoes.I bought a pair and after 4months of wear the one broke in half in the middle .I went back to enquire what I should do and one of the ladies took my number and she said she will immediately come back to me regarding the shoes.She never did. I went for the second time and actually spoke to the lady who sold me the shoes and she asked if she could see bank statements and that I must bring bankstatements with me the next time.That is a ridiculous request because she knows I was there the day I bought it.She also said some of the shoes are not like a brand that's why the prices are different and some have stronger grip than other .This is also ridiculous because I still paid a expensive fee for my "no brand" LEATHER SHOES. .She said she will let her manager immediately know of the situastion and give me a call .That also never happend. One-Fine-beginning your cliënt service is worst than the petrol price. You utterly have no concern about your cliënt satification or how to treat your cliënts professional.You ask a hell lot of money for a "no brand" LEATHER SHOE but you can't even ask for your manager to give a unsatisfied customer a call.
