Shocking shocking service to migrate my plan from one place to a new home!!! ***********!!! Now I have to wait 48 hours for a line I ordered a month ago to be activated!!! Even Openserve does a better job! I gave more than a month notice to migrate the line and now I have to wait for it to be activate! *** is the point????! And I can’t even speak to a manager!!!!
If I could give Zero I would! Incompetent is the only word to describe this business! They put the wrong departure date ( an entire month later) on the Visa application and don’t even have the decency to correct it - have had to change flight dates 2x already which costs a fortune l. You pay R470 admin fee there and they tell me to call the embassy!!! Why do I have to deal with them in the first place????!!!! Pathetic! Ask to speak to supervisor for 3 days in a row and nobody can help!
I ordered 2 pizzas last night and was patiently waiting at the Gate for the driver as I was tracking him. He never arrived and said my order was delivered- even thanked me for the tip he doesn’t deserve! I contacted the help button to try call the driver he didn’t answer after trying numerous times. I’m still waiting for a refund!
Caught Cafe at Magistrate courts in Pretoria you have been caught overcharged me by R100 on my card after I asked if you sold Airtime you knew I wouldn’t get the message immediately!!! Shame on you R145 for a coke and an energade!!!
Worst service ever when claiming, been waiting since 1.May for insurance payout, get told payment was made last week yet nothing, a week later get told manager released payment not sure this is true as still have not received payment. Unbelievable how long one has to wait stuck without a car. Definitely do NOT recommend
The worst unorganized school I have ever come across. My daughter is writing final exams for Grade 10 and hasn't even received her study guides, the previous exams and assignments were never collected from the tester and she was scored 0%!!!! Today she arrived at the exam venue only to be told that they were not informed that she is writing today!!! This is totally unacceptable!!!!
<p>I went to Casualty on Sa****ay 4. June 2016 for severe backpain, after being put in a treatment room that looked more like a store room with another lady, the nurses tried to place an introvenous drip bursting 4 veins in my hands and arms, after which the Doctor finally got it right. I mentioned to the doctor that I suspected I had kidney stones but was not sure, so I was given pain medication and told I would have to wait as the X-rays and scans were down, we waited until after 5 (3,5 hours) to finally get the scan done, which the radiologist report ruled out kidney stones or urinary infection, I was given a script for pain medication and paid and got released. 4 Days later and I am still in excrutiating pain I call for a follow up consult as the pain is not going away even with the prescribed meds. I am told after being billed R 892,90 for the casualty consult and get this R935,00 for the "treatment" room and meds - I was told I would have to pay for another consult as 48 hours had past and I shouldve come in then for a follow up!!!! NOBODY made me aware of the fact that if I was still in pain I should return within 48hours nor was I properly diagnosed - so almost R2000 later I still have no idea whats wrong with me.... and they want me to pay for a whole new consultation!!!! WHAT A RIP OFF!!</p>
