Thank you takealot for your speedy service and trustworthy image you have created over the years. It is sad that I realized this only after experiencing the worst online service from a competitor (Amazon). I had some issues over the years but never felt unsafe in my purchase or worried about the outcome. Trust is important, thank you, Takelot you have my support.
I have received the worst online experience from Amazon (Adegoso Holdings). Falsely advertising mongoose bmx, then send a cheap Chinese replacement. Had to deal directly with seller. Took 12 days to refund and still item is available online. I have also tried many times to unsubcribe just to find more advertising from Amazon. Please remove me from your marketing and communications.. I will never recommend Amazon. Takealot is a far more trustworthy online store.
I have reported twice over this last week regarding the unacceptable data speeds of less than 5mbps on 60mbps package. I am unable to get through to the call centre, no answer and selected the call back option. Still no response.
My package is 2 days overdue and have requested feedback on what the delay is. Only received message from Deney.M, advising that feedback will follow. I am still waiting.
Builder Warehouse "online only" have no clue where my purchased item is in the process and can only reiterates that it's a 3rd party supply. This item was bought on 26 March 2023. On Saturday, I received a call from online asking if I received my item and was promised to followup and provide feedback. I had to make 2 phone calls this morning with still no answer or a phone call from a manager in charge of this process. This will be my last purchase with Builders. Where in the process is the Kreator lawn roller
I am unable to pay with the tap to pay function. Everytime I want to use my mobile phone to tap it requires me to register everytime. Please fix, it is annoying and making the tap feature useless. Your online chat facility is just as useless as you have to wait easily 30min to an hour for a response.
Ref:5045969NF. I am still waiting for assistance. Your instant accounting contact number no longer exist. Who do I contact regarding retrieving transaction history files to feed into SAGE accounting.
The bad service is no surprise anymore. I have complained about your instant accounting list if accountants. I have contacted 5 of them in the WC. None of then support your product anymore. I now have moved to Sage and having problems with your banking feed that only supplied 1 month of feed instead of all transactional history. Your number advertised for assistance sent me from pillar to post and no one can help me. This is perthetic. I feel like I am dealing with a government institution.
I am highly annoyed with your service. I have opened a bank account and submitted the necessary documents via email businessaccountdocs@. I got in contact with Kyle Du Plessis to assist. He promised to followup, I am still waiting and I cannot get hold of him. Your depart still send me requests for the documents I have already sent and the account is active. This is unacceptable service.
This must the most incompetent courier business I ever had to deal with. I can't remember ever receiving something from them hassle free. I will officially no longer do business with any company that make use of Dawn Wing couriers to deliver my ordered goods.
