Spoke to an agent called Dineo, she assured me a technician is being sent to sort out my issue, two and a half hours later no technician is here, I have no electricity and the after hours line, no reply and no update with regards to my reconnection while I have sent them proof of payment. What an inconvenience!
I paid my internet manually and they debited me a day later. Now their *********** call center keeps saying they will get back to me and no one has called me. All I need is a refund. They claim they apparently cannot see the second payment but I sent them proof on my statement. the long waiting queues, *********** call center agents and not caring for customer service. This is the worst. All I need is just a refund. Is it that hard.
Unisa is the worst, they repeat questions on assignments however make you fail if you repeat answers on the very same assignment. they will mark your scrip as suspicious. If indeed you want different scripts, why not give different questions. this institution likes milking people of their money. if one is not given 0 on an assignment (yes a whole 0) then they make up something else and they do not even answer calls or emails. The channels of escalation are so poor if one has a problem as they are never available.
My daughter was so sick and hospitalized for 3 days( a 7 months old) now this medical aid doesn’t want to pay, a day after being discharged they sent a pending authorization letter, couldn’t they have sent it before admission. To think I left a great med aid for this nonsense. So rather I let my daughter die and then finding each and every reason not to pay out. What is the reason for paying medical aid if they can’t even assist in case of an emergency?
Was really disappointed at the KFC Crunch sliders. The bread was uncooked and it looked nothing like the picture they use. No/ lettuce. Too little meat. Worst is I only ordered 1 crunch slider(2) and was given 2(4) now I’m stuck with 4 inedible sliders. Kfc elarduspark Pretoria
Bad service at princess Olympus, I showed them a picture of the hairstyle I wanted and they did the total opposite and still made me pay full price for it. Worse they were even unapologetic about the rubbish they did on my hair
I’m so disappointed at Just Property Moreleta Park. I was told to vacate the property on 11January 2019... to vacate by 31st January 2019(not even a months notice) I did so and now that I want my deposit for the property they are not even replying to my emails. When they wanted me to vacate the place they would call everyday and email but now they cannot even tell me what is happening with my deposit. So now that they are done with my business they don’t even want to give me my Money back. It’s the 20th and still nothing. The person I was dealing with is Yolandi Troskie.
On the 1st of December we had booked your venue for a baby shower at the Lapa. On the day of the event to our disappointment the venue was given to someone else who “apparently “ booked before us. We were given a smaller place to our dissatisfaction. We were ready to cancel the whole thing as we were unhappy with the latter venue but the manager convinced us not to and that we would get a refund, as the only reason for us to choose your venue was your beautiful Lapa of which we couldn’t get and now we had to settle. The manager on duty was a lady whose name I forgot and had promised us a refund of the venue and till this day there hasn’t been any contact made with regards to the refund. I had written a review on Facebook about how disappointed I was of the service I got on that day but I was asked to remove it since an agreement was made which I immediately did, but you did not stick to your side of the agreement. It was not our fault that your staff was incompetent and double booked us. Can you kindly stick to your part of the agreement and refund us the money as promised.
<p>The ladies who work at the pick 'n pay in Lynnridge mall don't know how to serve. Today I was standing by the "kitchen" to order food for a good 15 minutes n when it was my turn to be helped the lady just skipped me n insisted she didn't see me standing on the queue... Her name is Thembi, it could happen that she did not see me but my problem was the way she was rude when addressing me. Pick 'n Pay Lynnridge staff are rude, especially there by the kitchen where we get food</p>
