Bidvest Legal Angel, the worst service possible, as bidvest sells you a product and turns their back on you saying they outsource their legal work to lipco. Left with absolutely no point of contact but to lay a complaint with the actual company responsible for creating the complaint in the first place is just biased. I would never recommend bidvest legal Angel even to my enemy
MTN wrongfully recycling our mobile numbers under their 2 month no recharge period. Contacted their filthy rude call centre and got nowhere but having the phone slammed down on us. No help at all from these chaps as they persist with insisting that due to us not recharging our numbers it gets deleted, but all within their 2 month and 3 month period as 2 different rude call centre ladies explained. So what is it?? No recharge 60 days and our number gets recycled or 90 days ??? In which case, my number is still well within it's time frame to either be recharged and then deleted if not recharged. Not sure what's going on. Rude and pathetic call centres certainly dont remedy our issues.
I've been having issues with their instant life policy portal. Only to be met with ride white women who yell and scream at clients in distress all on a recorded line. This has to the worst insurance I've ever had in 24 years.
Raised a query about access to policy details. When I call the call centre all I get is passed around to no availability. Then I raise a complaint here in and get attention yet the information rendered is incomplete! I still cannot remotely under any circumstances access the Absa Instant Life Portal. God knows I spent hours trying to find links before posting yet another complaint. But good gord even after their complaint resolution taking sight of my complaint to which they closed the matter, I'm yet indisposed!
I am a policy holder yet cannot make contact with a single soul , call centre agents keep transferring calls which go to voicemail.. Makes me wonder if absa is slowly becoming a 3rd grade service provider AKA Fly by night ****mers.
Jazmax could not assist in my property related matters yet their agents save our numbers and then resort to ******ing monies from landlords and or Property managers. I've had too many issues with this company receding almost 10 years. They have zero ethics nor code of conduct. Do Not Use this company, as an ex employee also explained how in disarray and amess this business really is! I have since reported this matter of ******ion to their governing body for further investigation as such behaviour need be affirmatively addressed.
My good lord.. look at all the complaints about this company.. I had an issue and marshall patrolies basically have me an Ef-U and insulted me merged with a massive ****** attack. Yet their operation manager does nothing about it and gets some account lady to to step in and be his mouth piece. They are gone to The dogs this company, without any formal mannerism of attending to issues. They will be charged with ****** and the pair etc should be made aware of their pathetic service. Seems they only work on catching ******* for northglen newspapers advertising. And in so much as they are aiding and abetting the saps, I have went higher up and laid a complaint to which will see the inside of a courtroom. Nobody, and I mean nobody actually cares nor caters to Client services.. and thus I hope to bump into Tyron Powel and serve him the same medicine his biased and ****** patrolmen served me, in public, He needs to feel the very same shame and humiliation and degrading I've experienced, and if it has to lead Into a fist fight or guns being drawn, be it what may, Tyron needs to suffer the same degrading embarrassment I endured by his black ****** patrolmen. This is no threat, but an excesize in teaching this owner bloke to respect his own ethic, code of conduct and instruction. I will not rest until justice is served !
Utter poor service. Took out cover and the amount given to me over the phone was lower than the amount on policy schedule.. and I opted for a mileage tracker which I'm still waiting on... These guys are more centred around sales than customer service. DO NOT USE THIS INSURER !
Ackermans Phone Premio Hi All, I kindly advise you not to purchase this brand of phone. The quality deteriorates and becomes almost unusable. And there are almost No spares or replacement parts available. It's best to invest in Samsung or other as the overall quality is much better. I have had issues with my Premio X85 and it was sent in for repairs. Now I just dread getting the same horrible phone back to suffer with. A staff member from a Durban store informed me as well, that all phones have issues at some point and all under a year, 1. screen freeze 2. signal loss 3. camera malfunction 4. mic and speaker failure I'm really disappointed in their product. which now means I will need to reinvest in a better phone. Yet, I had bought the phone based on Ackermans own marketing and advertising claiming their product to be quality. it's just disappointing further to wait 4. to 6 weeks to get this headache back. The consumer council needs to investigate false advertising and inferior products sold by this company.
