I purchased batteries from Deltec in December 2023. I changed my order and was told that the refund for the amount will be made via eft to my bank account. So at the beginning of January 2024 I followed up on the refund and was told only then I needed to complete forms for the refund. This has now been a month and no refund has been made and numerous emails and saying the payment will be made. I tried to be considering but this is now getting suspicious.

So I have been trying for months to set up Mobile phone billing on my iPhone. I keep getting Mobile phone billing issues after the number has been verified. The call centre just told me that this service is not working. How can Vodacom keep saying online this option is available if it does not work?
<p>As a returning customer to GetBucks I am very very dissapointed with the kind of service received this time. Applied for a loan on Wednesday 15 June and was approved 17 June 14:06. Till now know payment has been made into my acount even though I was promised that it would be in by Monday Morning. After phoning this morning was told that I should have the funds by this afternoon. My contract is from 17 June, I am being charged interest for a loan from 17 June but still have not received the funds. They said they had a technical error, but they did not communicate it and I see more people here received the same excusse. How hard can it be to keep you customers informed and sort this out. I hope that I could change this 1 star rating into a 5 star, but with the service we receive I doubt it.</p>
